  I was there two days before the appointment was scheduled. They did not attend to me that because they were very busy. when i got to my appointment it was 1:30 pm. They attended to me when I told them about my appointment. nisiquieta saw or asked my name. I was there before 1:30 pm and they attended to me after 2 pm. and they attended me for only 3 minutes so as not to give me simple copies that according to what they cannot give because their system is disk to save paper. I have been a customer for almost 13 years I will be moving soon.

  This bank just doesn't open on Saturday. Then they put up signs that they are closed on Saturdays. Then they close at 4pm. Wells Fargo across the street every Chase location are open until 5pm. Pulling all of accounts from this discount bank

  Really rude person who refused to talk to me after I made an appointment for my safe deposit box access. She said they are doing deep cleaning and cannot let me in. When I told her that I made an apportionment, she said, "well I called you yesterday to tell you not to come" (which was a lie). She then gave me a slip telling me to make an appointment, and I asked her for when, she said, "I do not know when it will be open". I told her that I used that same site to make an appt and showed her the email I got from BOA, she said, " what do you want me to do?" She then closed the door and walked away. So rude!!!!

  The Worse Customer service I have seen and I have my business account with BofA looks, like it is time to shop different banks. They never answer there phone and when you go there they are rude. You can not make this stuff up. Who ever is the manager is you need to learn something about customer service!

  The banks are changing for better service and strict rules. They are friendly and patient. The bank recognized who you are. Some tellers are new on the job and training. Be patient with them. Thank yoo

  This location has terrible management. They have other priorities then satisfying customers. They give you a very hard time to cash a check. I would never ever come back to this location. Bank of America should invest in training the managers better to provide more efficient customer service. Worst experience ever at a bank, so early in the morning.

  10 offices are empty. 45 min wait to meet with a banker. Moving my services to Chase. I cashed a check from someone else there and they were amazing.

  For simple transactions, such as a deposit; same day service in most cases. This place is horrible! Usually only one, sometimes two, tellers for the 10 to 15 customers that are usually waiting in line. Lots of employees doing other things other then trying to eliminate the long line of visibly disgruntled customers. Plan on at least a 20 minute wait, if not longer, for simple transactions.

  To : B of A manager, at the market place shopping Ctr. in the Hastings Ranch area of Pasadena, CA. [ 3555 e. Foothill Blvd., pas., CA., 91107 ], please be informed that Your night security light outside the b of a building at the above address, are on at this time while its sunny & brute at 2:46 pm when you don't need these to be on during day time. Security lights are powerful & consume lots of wattage, not like a little lamp of 15 Watts that can be overlooked since it doesn't waist too much energy. This out door bright night lights are energy consuming lights. I like to inform the branch manager in case these lights on a timer. Because if they're on a timer & if the timer malfunctions, then somebody at the bank needs to know to correct & fix the timer. Because timer's malfunction can be costly to B of A, if it regulate such powerful night security lights that are like a projector. Informing the manager would be helpful to the bank hopfully, so I am letting somebody know since I was not able to call the bank directly because they only offered me the 800 # to the main office & not to this particular branch. Its an automated system that prevented me from direct contact since I am not an account holder there. ... Take care.
