  Every single one of the tellers glared at us when we walked in and were rude to my husband and me. Treating us like we were stupid because we had some questions.

  Nobody ever answers the phone here and when you get here to ask for help all they tell you is to go online and do it yourself! Do you think if I knew HOW to do that I would be here right now? Maybe if there was someone to answer the phone and help people over the phone, they wouldn't have such a bad attitude about their customers coming in for the simplest requests.

  The main lady in charge (maybe Sandra?) is rude & terrible at customer service. The 2 ATM's are frequently not working. They also completely closed off Drive-Thru banking. This is the worst BOA location ever! I've ended my checking & savings accounts & will change credit card soon. Bank anywhere else to avoid liberal Jewish money manipulators.

  I love this bank because, it is the nearest bank towards Robstown, Agua Dulce, Alice, Bishop & Kingsville Texas. Plus no need to travel over 45 miles to get to Bank Of America. But, they need to built a future Bank of America banks at Alice,Texas and Kingsville Texas thou. Thank you, for your bank buisness and excellent customer services.

  Come in to get a new card and there's no one to check in with at all. I asked another lady also banking with boa and she stated she had to stand in line for 5 mins before they spoke with her. Rediculous!

  All ladies are rude. Every single time I go in there I get nothing but attitude, a bunch of eye rolling, and just horrible customer service. This isn’t my personal bank, this is where I deposit for my landlord, if it was not for that I would NEVER step foot here.

  Seems like there’s always only 1 person working when there is a line of 10 people waiting to get service, this is ridiculous if you ask me. To have 3 loan officers and they can’t even help is poor service ! Get it together people or shut it down !

  Never heard of a bank being closed on a weekday and only open three days a week people are coming an going pulling up to the bank and leaving because it is closed

  Customer service is non existent.. It's almost impossible to get someone to ever answer the phone. The automated system offers to make an appointment to go to the bank in person, but that is not possible all the time. Why is it so difficult to get a real person to answer the phone, come on, I've called at all hours, so it's not that they're always too busy !!! Very frustrating !!!!!
