  First off, let me state I’ve been a customer of FCP for over 25 years, and this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had coming here. I went to the Up River Road location on Sunday, and first off, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. The employees seemed to not be interested in checking to see if I needed help. And granted, I know the manager that was in charge. Then I brought in a few items to sell, and the employee that helped me out didn’t seem to be interested in giving me fair value for the items I had. So, I packed my things and took them elsewhere. Upper Management, please take note of this bad experience that I had and maybe re-educate the staff on better understanding the customer’s needs.. Will probably never go back to this particular location again, sadly.

  Had been on a mission recently to purchase a gently used generator for our newly started fencing business. Looked all over with everyone asking the same price as a brand new one. Not only was the staff helpful, Eddie the manager gave us a great deal on the generator and a laptop for the business. Will be returning for more products!!

  I had been searching all over the place for a particular fire arm I'd been wanting with no luck finding one, at least not in the price range I was looking to pay. Not only did Eddie find it for me, he had it shipped to the shop in no time at all and gave me an awesome deal on it! I'm now the proud owner of this rifle and am ready to take it out to the range! The customer service was top notch and Ill definitely be coming back as well as recommending Eddie and First Cash to my friends and family.

  I’m aways Ignored for quite some time, and when finally helped it’s always rushed. Not once have they ever negotiated any price for me. I always get the “It just came out” line.

  I made my 2nd gun purchase through First Cash Pawn today and like the first time, I was not disappointed. Eddie is always helpful and finds me exactly what I'm looking for and for a great price. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family and I most definitely will be back again soon!

  Today I went to get an appraisal on some old jewelry i had and Savannah helped me out with more than i expected. Very professional and friendly! The store was very clean and crew was welcoming. Will definitely be making this my go-to shop!

  Beware of the sales associates lying to you. Just took a scope i put on lay a way out too find out it's useless. Before i put it on lay a way, I was told it was new with the box. This scope needs everything that comes with it. Today when i took it out and I asked where the box was. I was told the box was given with another scope because there were a lot of scopes. In my option if it comes with something then it should stay with that item. Never doing busy with this store again.

  Savannah is the BEST! She is always there to help the customers. Yes, I know some people may not like this store for some of the other associates, but I have always been treated well and with respect.

  I purchased a Samsung tv and a sound bar from here and I had a great experience for my first time at a pawn shop. Savannah went above and beyond for me, she was very kind and professional!!
