  BoA, I would contact you like you ask, but I don’t do social media. I talk and spend time time with my friends using reality, not virtually. Yet another failure on BoA, thanks. Bank of America fails to transfer money when they say they will. They gaslight their customers. The whole company is racked with extremely bad policies. If you have a choice bank anywhere else.

  The service is great honestly! I love coming here! Fast and out the door service! Everyone here is a joy to help out! Always have fast responses and the staff willingly loves to help out! It’s outstanding and awesome! Best bank on the block!

  Normally go thru drive thru and use the ATM. There are 2 ATM’s in drive thru and one in the front (have to park and walk up). Inside tellers are nice. If you need anything and talk to the employees in the offices, depending on who you get is the service you get.

  I never thought I would want to review a Bank especially a good review, but Lilly went above and beyond on 2 separate occasions when I was having a rough day. Thanks so much!

  On December 24, Teller was rude. Her supervisor was even more so. I have been banking with them for 20 years and I have never been treated as badly at any bank!

  I don't appreciate talking to an off-site teller, who I can barely hear, on a monitor that I can barely see whenever the sun is shining-- I want the drive through window back! With tellers that give my kids suckers & thank me for my business when I'm done! (& That newer ATM machine on the left is so bad that cars actually line up to wait for the older one on the right)

  Horrible branch - they have cut the staff back To next to nothing and if you actually need a banker, good luck. Worst customer service I have seen in a LONG time. Even with an appointment you wait forever and waste a ridiculous amount of time

  Horrible customer service, unfriendly tellers, and definitely not worth wasting your time with. If you have to go to this branch, avoid Kimberly. Why ruin your day with her poor treatment of you and your account?

  Bank of America doesn't care about their customers and they take money from people's accounts illegally. They should be shut down
