  I went in to open a bank account and I was told I would not get the chance to open an account until Tuesday. That is quite odd because I could have sworn they took walk ins. Kinda disappointed, but hey there are other banks.

  My family and I showed up at 1230 to open 3 accounts not realizing they closed at 1pm! I already had an account! Servando was my specialist for both visits. He goes above and beyond! He patiently handled all 3 accounts! He was very patient and attentive!! He’s the best! We appreciate you kindness and patience! Thank you soooo much Servando!!!

  Banks make enough money to not have sufficient LIVE tellers. Digital world bla bla bla, not everything can be done by a machine. This bank has only one teller available and two machines. The lines at this bank are RIDICULOUS! This bank has been remodeled, yet the windows, floors, and walls are completely filthy and disgusting. Make the customer feel they are wanted in your bank damnit. After all, our money pays you and this filthy building. I won't ever come back to this bank again.

  This bank is very bad. Every time I come only 1 teller working. They have no teller for business acounnts. With all the profits they make can't hire more tellers.took me 45 mins to get change

  Worst place ever I have never been turned down a walk-in to speak to a representative and today I walked in at speak to representative she said well you're going to have to wait and I trying to have her understand that I did the phone and it's an hour-long wait and she's the woman was not trying to help so rude and disrespectful instead of trying to help someone who was just like no we can't help you never again why go back to this location. I felt like the only thing they wanted me to do was do a phone teller and I'm trying to speak to a live representative not a bank teller over the phone so sad

  Twice i was here with in 2 days. Having to deal with the loss of a loved one can be very hard. Yennifer and Eliza helped me both times and made it very painless. They were very respectful and both times i was treated excellent

  The teller assisted atm are a little strange and not as user friendly as you would expect... but over all... a much better experience than other branches in the area.

  I wait patiently to do my business, I understand it gets busy. But once it is my turn, the service is horrible. They look down on you as if you were a low life. They throw a bunch of information at you, then just tell you to sign, verses asking what I need.

  Worst bank of America I ever been, not only wait 35 minutes for any transaction, but the customer service personal is more than useless, instead of been helped ended frustrated.
