      One of the most racist places I have been to. They talked to me like I did not know anything. I never felt so unwelcomed as I felt like the ladies did not want to help or even talk to me. Manager did not even want to look me in the eye. Never even got a hello from her. Terrible customer service. The man that greeted me when I had first walked in was very nice and kind. He was helpful and I wished I had got his name. Otherwise, the ladies were rude and disrespectful. They did not even try to resolve my issue. I got the exact opposite of what I wanted. I had called for the same issues multiple times and made sure of it before I went into the branch. Do not open a branch if you can not provide services in person and be nice and welcoming about it. Treat people the way you would want to be retreated. I have to drive all the way here to get an answer of a "no I can't do that for you" with attitude and did not try anything else to help me when I had already confirmed over the phone. At the end, they acted like they provided me with great service and help me a-lot . They kept reiterating " We are just trying to help you". She kept telling me my information that was irrelevant and kept getting into my business. Your employees need to learn how to mind their own business. I do not think your employees would ever wanted to be treated the way I was treated today either. I regret every coming here and opening an account Bank of America in the first place. I have never had so many problems with a bank .

      Haley Brenn was so helpful, and made the whole process of opening an account fast and easy. She explained our options, and made sure we completely understood everything. We walked in on a Saturday morning. They couldn't see us right away so we set up a time for later that morning. After not being able to get an appointment at other banks, it was a huge relief that Bank of America was so accommodating. Thank you Haley for all your help and follow-up support. You're awesome!

      What can I say? Janice was such a delight. I believe she is the manager. We are closing on a house today and was just notified about the wiring information and that we had to go to the bank before. We went 1hour before the actual closing and I was very nervous about the situation because the process up until closing was very messy. We got to the bank and Janice helped us right away. She handled this amazing and calmed my nerves down. She was super sweet and very understanding and helpful. She also notified me about the fraudulent activity going on recently and made me confirm the information with the attorney’s office which I wouldn’t have done if not for her. She is an amazing employee and deserves nothing but the best!!!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!!

      Came in with my mom to handle account changes after the death of my dad a couple months prior. Had an appointment with an account advisor and was told they would send a copy of the death certificate to the records department and we would get a packet in the mail in just a few days to complete and return to the branch. After 2 weeks of no packet arriving, I started calling to speak to this advisor and never got a return call. Four messages later over a weeks time and still no reply. I had to get the packet by calling the 800 number and they were much more receptive to help. Try another branch before going to this one.

      The worst bank in American history They never answer phone calls, When they do they do not offer any helpful solutions, if your planning on going on vacation in another country just withdraw all your money before your trip because they will never pick up your emergency call to approve a transaction or something. Service is 1 star

      We first went to this Wade Green location about a month ago to do a wire transfer (takes 10 mins) and was told "No Appointment,Can't help you" even though we were the only ones standing in the branch waiting.We needed to do another wire transfer today,so we made an appointment,arrived at our designated time and still sat for nearly 30 mins.Even though we were told they go "strictly by appointments" , 2 other customers came in after us with NO APPT and were still taken before us.Finally we get in an office and still couldn't get done what we came in to do.They really just act like they don't care if they help you or not. We've been Bank of Am customers for over 30 years and would recommend ANY other branch over this one. I'm not a financial advisor by any means,but I know Incompetence when I hear it.After both of these incidents ,we just went to the George Busby location and they took care of us with no issues.

      if zero stars could be given i would gladly give it 0 stars. I came to make a cash deposit, ATM took my money and my card. called and filed a claim. Next day i came in early and their amswer was that they could issue a temporary card but that in the mean time they were really busy.. They dont care about customers here

      What is going on at this location?? I called and called, nobody would pick up the phone. I can't believe the incompetence. I literally called over and over and over. I was hoping to have something a+. I stopped at the Cobb Town Center location. Not happy. Sometimes you need in-person help. Not a computer EVERY TRANSACTION every single time.

      I was on this branch to do a secured card and get information on open an account. The attendant start by the account, after we check that none of the options were the right one for me, he started to treated me very indifferent and told me that I couldn't do it the card. What I stated to him not to be a right information, because, we have just done one for a friend on weekend before on another branch (and my friend doesn't have bofa account). He than said that I was right and started to collect some of my info but been very indifferent and in some moments rude. I notice that he didn't corrected everything on a right way and didn't asked me all the necessary question. I ended up without the card and with my credit been drooped down, from a good to a fair credit because of his mistake, lack of attention and knowledge on how to conduct the conversation. Very poor customer service experience and hasn't been the first time I, or close friends, go through this when it comes to Bofa.

      First of all the studio that sends out my payroll check is Fox studio in Los Angeles, they have a reader problem with their checks, the branch in Union City knows to manually type in the check to cash it Well this branch refused to type in thr number, told me flat out they can not do that, in fact they did just a week before, worst customer experience, worst service manager, and flat out ignorance.
