  They didn’t have a choice of zero stars, but that is what I would rate it. Not this location in particular, but Bank of America in general is nothing but a corporation who cares nothing about the customers. They are only interested in the shareholders. I have had a problem since August 14 and it took me a week and a 2 hour wait over the phone to speak to a person. I paid extra on my mortgage to be applied to principal on August 14 and told the person 3 times to apply the extra to principal, but of course it was not. It says unapplied funds on my online account. I then received my September mortgage statement and it had applied the extra to that payment. The kind person I finally spoke to on August 24 apologized for the error and the long wait and told me it would be corrected by August 28 and of course it has still not been corrected. Do not do business with this bank!!! I am considering refinancing with another local bank where you can get a person on the phone if you have a problem, without holding for 2 hours, and having the problem solved. This is the second major problem I’ve had with this bank. If you have to wait 2 hours to speak to a person, that tells me there are a lot of people calling with problems with this bank. They have also closed some of their branches making it difficult to go in person. And good luck getting any problem solved. I believe they hope you will get frustrated and give up. Worst bank ever!

  Why does my bank of over 30 years close at 4pm on a workday? Worst customer service on the planet. My soon to be new bank is open until 5pm. So I have to come back the next morning to deposit a $25,000 check because the on-line app will not take a check that big, and there are 5-6 employees in the bank and only 1 at the counter and the line is 5 deep and takes 20 minutes to deposit a simple check. I ask the teller why they don't have more employees to help the customers and she has no answer. Do yourself a favor stay away from this bank. They could not care less about you. I'm moving all of my personal and business accounts (I have over 7 accounts with them) to a bank that actually has decent customer service.

  Tampatha made my experience stellar. She is knowledgeable, caring and very transparent about her love of banking. She makes herself available to you and follows up by reaching out via email AND phone. Tampatha is a ROCK STAR 🎉🎉🎉

  6 people in line 1 person behind counter and 3 people in offices. Poor customer service
