  Showed up at bayberry this morning, they were closed. No sign on the door. Drive twenty minutes to Cicero, they were closed. No sign on the door. Time to take my business and money somewhere else. Got a reply that you are doing your best. Closing bayberry and Cicero the same day without letting your customers know when and if you will reopen is “doing your best”? That sounds about right. The website for bayberry said they were open today so I drove down again. Guess what! They weren’t.

  ATM's are scamming you. Both drive up ATMs have eaten my money and canceled transactions without account credit or receipt, multiple times. Funnily enough, this happens even with ten or so bills. Anything larger than a single seems to make it just fine, but singles shoot back out and the machine cancels the deposit. Then it freezes for several minutes before spitting out the debit card. Another error is similar, but the machine gives you a guess of how much money you deposited, and will not even return the cash. At least with this error you get a receipt and that guess amount gets credited to you. Of course the bank keeps the money eaten up, and gives you a smiling apology while telling you there's just nothing they can do; call the number on the back of your debit card. Genius little "bank error" when you think about it. I've fallen for it four times.

  LOL generic response for everyone. banking apps don't give cash back. You are all apologizing yourselves out of employment. EVERY MONTH! I came here at 11am. They open at 12noon today. Back at 1215pm, 8 employees, 10 customers waiting in line and ONE TELLER. 2 employees came by multiple times to see if anyone didn't need cash back. Also stated that none of the 7 other MANAGERS were trained as tellers. Every month. Please train the big shots how to take our money. Thank you.

  Someone walked into this bank with a fake ID and was allowed to drain my entire bank account (checking and Savings) at an in person Teller over 10K in multiple transactions, teller changed my SS# to allow this! Policies and procedures were not followed! This bank now refusing to answer my calls, BofA holder for 2 decades. President of BofA will be aware, as well as the DA. Extremely unacceptable!!!! Lawsuit coming and criminal charges! MD…

  The Bank Tellers at the counter are always very friendly and helpful. I took off a star because there are many staff members there, but only two tellers, and they have closed the drive through teller. Otherwise, a very positive experience.

  Long lines despite several employees standing around doing nothing and I've seen friendlier faces at funerals. Will more than likely be changing to M&T soon.

  Very friendly bank that went out of their way to help me set up an account. Suzanne Moffat was especially great to work with and was very pleasant . She is a banker who clearly is looking out for her clients . I would highly recommend dealing with this branch!

  It's quick be and allows you to choose either 50's or 20's for large withdrawals I No deposit slip necessary. Just slide your check in for deposit. A real slick ATM

  Advertised open at 9a.m. 9:25 door locked couldn't get in. Tried to call no answer. Started to leave saw what looked like a male manager hustling in front door carrying rief case and sort coat/tis

  always pleasant to work with in person, however I can't get anyone to answer the phone there anymore. Becoming disappointed in BOA overall, at one time they were the clear leader in banking.
