  I can not say enough about Seneca Savings. We opened our business over 35 years ago and no banks like to deal with two self employed people. Seneca Federal was the only one willing to work with us. They are the hometown, good ole handshake bank. They know you by name and you are not just a number as with many other banks. We have been asked multiple times by other banks to switch. NEVER would we after the amazing job they have done through the years for our businesses. Thank You for putting your clients first!

  These guys are seriously the best. If amazing customer service matters to you, don’t bank anywhere else. They do a phenomenal job of getting to know each and every one of their customers, and they treat you like you’re family. Can’t recommend Seneca Savings enough!   Sarah at the North Syracuse branch is awesome and so helpful! She helped me take care of my husband’s card being hacked, and even made sure I got a temporary debit card in time for my trip!

  Highly recommend this bank for your financial needs. It's a nice facility in a convenient location near the interstate. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sarah is very knowledgeable and can talk you through the benefits of each banking product. With great customer service and a 24-hr ATM, what's not to love?

  We were referred to Seneca by Amber, a new employee there, and we were not let down! Terry helped my husband and I set up our new account, as we are new to the state, and it was a great experience! Everyone is very nice, and always helpful! Terry took her time, answered all of our questions and set us up with Greg for some financial advise as well. She even sent a handwritten thank you card to follow up after our initial visit, very thoughtful, and something you won’t find everywhere. Our account has great benefits that we have not received at other banks and for a very low rate. The mobile app is so easy to use, no complaints so far, and this branch is the best! Thank you Amber for referring us, and thank you to Terry and Greg for all of your help so far!
