  Worst bank ever. Inconvenient and stodgy. They need to get with the times. I'm sorry my mortgage is with them and I hope to remedy that problem soon. They lack respect for the customer and were of no assistance during covid. Cicero branch has consistent excuses for why the ATM is down.

  I’ve had nothing but issues with this bank. Constantly putting my payroll checks on hold. Constantly telling me there’s nothing they can do about any of the issues I’m having. Being rude and unhelpful. I get more help from PayPal than I do an actual bank.

  Went into the bank today to Have them cash one of their own checks. The manager Kevin I believe his name is told me he will not cash a check because of the amount and they had the right to refuse our customer service. I asked him if I open a checking account would he be able to cash it for me. He told me yes but he has the right to refuse any customers and right now he did not feel as though I was a proper customer for citizen bank.not only did he lose a business account but any person I know I will not recommend them to go to citizen. Because I was not a customer/ account holder of citizen bank he would not cash the check. He said that the person that issued the check was able to come in and withdraw the amount I needed but he could not cash the check for me. He tried telling me no bank will cash a check (under 10k) for that amount. I will stay with keybank who has no problem cashing the check for me. If anyone is looking to open a account go to keybank they have the best customer service and will cash any check you bring them without question.

  I love Citizens Bank. All the negative comments on here seem to be from people who are not detail oriented or are not financially intelligent. A bank is it tool if you don't know how to use a tool then you're never going to be happy. Citizens has a great cash back credit card that I pay off multiple times a month and it has been fantastic!! Their auto loan rates and home equity have been really great products as well. Very happy.

  Super happy to see Google has corrected the search for Citizens bank in Cicero, NY. It now appears in the correct location and that's amazing. The bank itself is great, They gave me a 200.00 cash deposit to start an account with Direct Deposit. I definitely recommend this bank, though it may be tough to find locations in your area.

  Any time I need to use actual bank services something seems to be broken. Cashier's check machine is always broken, ATM is always broken, and 7/10 times the tellers computer or network is down

  I give Citizens Bank two stars because the cashier was nice. However, I was ripped off for $7 and was given the option to go threw an ordeal to get it back. I've noticed that numerous locations have permanently closed and I'm not surprised. Obviously someone up top doesn't understand the importance of customer service. I would never open an account there and I encourage you not to either .

  When you have a one customer standing at the counter for literally 4 minutes (with no others around) and four employees doing their own tasks without giving eye contact, that is a serious communication error- Banking 101 I was allowed to walk out of the bank in frustration without my transaction completed and noone even stopping me to address my possible concerns. I am stopping the use of this branch and possibly bank overall. I am sure the competition will appreciate giving me timely service

  Been with citizens bank for almost 20 years. They do nothing in this branch to help you, it's always you can call the customer service number and talk to them. Other branches are much more helpful. I will try my best not to go to this branch.

  Terrible bank, terrible service, terrible online banking, just go elsewhere or get eaten alive by fees and terrible management. Was there for hours trying to fix mistakes they made, meanwhile you hear one customer after another leaving and the bank staff saying "sorry", cause of all their mistakes. Kevin, the manager, is the worst.
