Chase Bank Reviews

kailyn1My aunt was a long-time customer who never complained but this time she ask me to help her write some reviews for her. a few months ago she pays medical bill online and a week later she received a late fee from the medical. My aunt called the medical billing Dept. and they explained to her the bank has not let them withdraw the money, which is why they charged her a late fee. she came to the bank so many times to ask why? and request a refund of the late fee for her. Because it wasn't her fault for not paying the bill on time. They tell her will let the bank manager know, but no one really helps her, even until today they still have not refunded my aunt money. Also, the person spoke couple time with my aunt her last name is Tran. Her attitude and behavior are not friendly. My aunt going to close all the accounts and she said she will never go back to this bank.

Cory Dotson3We've banked with chase for years. I actually enjoy the staff here. We finally considered moving enough investments over for Chase private banking. The manager gave me the number. It was a little awkward probably because I dress like a bum hahaha. But he wanted to tell me about how I can borrow against my own money... wow thanks for the LMA advice. You are the only person I do not care to deal with again. When I called the number it was an automated line hahahahhaha.

SyNog Mommy Gee1It used to be a stellar branch 3-4 years ago. Keep going down hill, it is matching BOA now. Customer service is out the window, forget it. Time to look into some credit unions, or any other options!

Elyssa Akers1The worst atms I’ve ever encountered!! Spent all their money on the atm inside instead of the 2 outside that customers actually want to use (news flash: we don’t want to come in to make a deposit and risk getting Covid!)! During the pandemic I’ve wasted my time and gas at least 6 times (because it is the closest to my house) trying to use the outside atm to make cash deposits only to have to drive around the building to wait in another line to discover the second one won’t work either and then have to drive to a different Chase location. So ridiculous! Get new atms you cheapskates!!

Norma Aguirre1My husband and I had a bad experience, banker has helping us to open a business account and took him more than 3 hours to open the account but he did it all wrong, I call the bank all week and they will never answer, I send emails to banker and no answer at all, it was really frustrating and after all we went to another branch. It wasn’t worth the wait and all the loose time if by the end we had to closed the account and open a new one.

K Jackson1Went into the location to open another account. I researched the banking account fees and requirements prior to the meeting. In a condescending manner, the banker asked me why I wanted to open another bank account. From that moment on the bankers demeanor was not what I imagine to be good customer service. He disregarded my need and asked questions that did not pertain to the reason for my visit. I no longer wanted to be helped at this location, so in conclusion I did not open the account. I wanted to leave soon as possible.

Nicholas Johnson5Best Banking experience, hands down. Went in and spoke with teller to have check deposited in to my account and had a customer service matter, he got the manager which was super friendly and easy to talk to that explained everything to me. I'll bank here over a lot of other places.

Vinay Rana1Location deserves negative star, total waste of time, long time customer, will take my business elsewhere. No staff to assist, or acknowledge, waiting for a banker to assist with a new account, 30 min and no one acknowledged.

Paula Smith1The wait time here is ridiculous there is always someone at lunch or on break. The male at the teller desk is rude and stuck up. This male teller only knows how to do one thing or two. 1) how to be stuck up and rude 2) deposit checks and give out cash. Lord for bid him to do anything outside of his responsibilities to help the customer. Get some people in there that would like to help customers and not just walk around while people are waiting to get helped

Chris Weaver1I wish I could tout a negative star, don’t go here. This location doesn’t care about you or your business. Bank of America is a lot better. That was just for the wait in the business line. Then she made the deposit wrong. What a waste of time.
