Sam Jennings5Back of America on Two Notch Rd. in Columbia, SC has two ATM's that are easy to get to and easy to use. I LOVE the cash deposit feature. Bank of America has the very best atm options and by far the easiest to use!

This location supports competent and professional staff who have always been able to assist with basic banking and with more difficult issues. While I don't always like Bank of America corporate policy, my interactions with this location have made the brand deserving of my banking. I value the service this branch provides and will continue to bank here as long as I am able.

Steve Berzins1Worst customer service. I scheduled an appointment for 9am, as soon as the bank opened, to talk with someone about making some financial transfers. I showed up at 9am and waited for over 25 minutes, without a single person saying a thing to me. There were 2 people in their offices, not helping anyone. Finally after more than 25 minutes I went up to the teller, who was not assisting anyone, and told her that I had a 9am appointment. I told her I was leaving. She took my name and phone number and said someone would call to reschedule. I still have not received a phone call. Absolutely awful customer service.

David Strobel1My rating for this location is actually -3.57 stars. This Bank of America location is by far, the worst banking location I have ever experienced. They are always understaffed, horribly mismanaged, rude, slow, and all around worthless. If it takes me close to an hour to deposit a check in a line of 4 people, there is something majorly wrong with the equation. If you are thinking of using this location, drive up the road an extra 5 minutes to the BOA near Decker/Park Lane. They are much more adequately staffed and and work at a much more efficient pace. They are also friendly and helpful unlike their counterparts. I should write a dissertation about how bad this location sucks but I've already wasted enough time on this bank waiting to be seen at the counter to deposit a check so this will have to do. Not like it matters anyway so, there's that too.

Ruby Red5Oh my what a great customer service experience with Ms Jane. She walked me through steps of a start up, offered additional help. Just above and beyond. BoAm has surely made training changes, give them another try. Go to POLO RD. Thank you for all your help and support. I can't say enough!

Ed Moore2this branch no longer has a drive through window and makes it imperative that any business ,other than using the ATM machine, be done in the bank. This makes it very difficult for a disable person, such as I am. The tellers are slow and the lines long. Bad change for sure.
