  Really enjoyed the wonderful Customer Service I received today. My friend is a Customer and he could not get by to make his payment so he ask me to. The ladies were so nice and I felt safe with seeing them taking Covid19 precautions. If I came into a financial bind I surely would call Natasha at 1st Franklin Financial to help assist me with applying for a loan at 1st Franklin Financial. Thank You Natasha Employee 7275

  Yeah I was getting calls and threats after about a week of being late. Even a home visit. My first time being late an unexpected bill. Then I decided after all this stress with them that I would just pay it all off when I went in. When I brought it in they kept me there so long no one else was there other than 2 other customers. When I gave them the money the man laughs and say oh can you take the petty cash to the back thank you. If it was petty cash why sent a someone to the home as well as call few times a day without break for petty cash. They still send me flyers and checks to cash but I never do. Will never work with them again.
