  Horrible experience. Asked banker for funds verification letter, which I’ve gotten before. Banker cut me off and said “we don’t write letter.” She didn’t even bother to try to understand that I wasn’t asking her to write a letter.

  I went there last week. After COVID, it is not easy to make appointments and they don't take walk-ins. I was there a bit late, but the banker was so kind and well helped me.

  Every time that I come over here I spend minimum of 30 minutes just to get change. You guys need to improve that as soon as possible. I don’t even make my cash deposits anymore because I’ll take me an eternity.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT! Would not cash my check. After being sent from one manager to another. I was told "cant the customer pay you a different way". Your joking, correct? Ofcourse my customer could have paid a different way but you provided them with checks for their account and thats how your customer chose to pay. Snarky, rude, and unhelpful. Bank Of America please do not solicit me and/or my business anymore. I will never allow you to represent me. Your employees must not share the same individual values your coporate business portrays. Save yourself the aggravation and chose Suntrust, Chase, Wells Fargo, etc.

  I revised the review and I want to say that it happened 6 months ago because the date was changed! I asked the manager for help on urgent business. But I couldn't understand it because I wasn't good at English. She confused me by saying so quickly and she left for the office irritatingly. It was so rude and ignored me. It's a long-term deal, and I'm so disappointed. She is a racist who is rude to other people who do not speak English. But another employee tried to help me. Finally, I went to a bank in [Swannie] and got help to do my work. Thank you for your kind explanation!

  The absolute worst bank EVER. I have to use Bank of America for work. Does not matter the branch, they are all run /managed the same. If you ever walk in and see more than 2 people in line, you may as well turn around and leave, unless you want to spend 45 min standing in a line.

  Wow talk about a POS of a bank. If you think you can go here an be done in 15 min your high. It's more like 30 min for the 2 arms for a drive though and 45 min to an hr to go in side. If by any means do not bank here there so many more options. That will treat you and your money better.

  My car is financed with Bank of America so I had to sign some paperwork that was sent to me and take it to this branch so they could fax it to the financing department. This is what I was told to do so I did it. The first guy is someone that was new so he didn't know how to send the document so he got another guy. This guy bopped his geek ass over and got the document and said I can do it no problem. Now a month later I get a call stating they never received anything and everything is late. I asked this guy 2 times did it go through he stated yes both times. So I explain to the financial department what happened and basically they said they can't do nothing for me now because everything is late. They stated they called 10 times and left messages that magically I didn't receive. So I guess you have to be a lier to get a job at this institution because that's all I've gotten. So in a nut shell you all suck ass and the only reason it's one star because I had to write this review

  i have checking and saving and bussiness account. that was my biggest mistake. there will be alway one or two teller no matter how busy they are. also cant eazy to get coins. they alway say that dont have enought change so i need to tell them week before. not only this branch problem but all bank of america branch.

  Closed my accounts in 2010, went there today to cash a check and they kicked me out after they lied me that they cannot veryfy the check... Was on call with BofA and my customer who wrote the check for 40min and they still refuze to cash the check. Had to go to a different location after the store manager made up a story that I cursed her... I never curse. Terrible experience, would never open an account with them. STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
