  The staff is courteous & helpful. They take time to explain the process of receiving a personal loan. I've been a customer for over 19 years and always have a pleasant experience. Even though the difficult times, the staff goes above and beyond to work with you and your needs. Kuddos is to everyone, but especially Daniel for his years of service & his always helpful demeanor.

  I recommend this company's services for their display of care and consideration without me being a customer. A week ago, I lost my license and needed them badly to support my onboarding file for a new job. After searching all around for my ID and coming to the realization I likely dropped them, I received a call from Randall at First Financial. He advised, he had found my license in the parking lot and would hold them at FF for pickup. I was so grateful and consumed with joy my ID had been picked up by someone exhibiting honesty and kindness, but also elated I no longer needed to stand in a DMR line for a replacement card. I truly believe First Financial was a blessing sent by the Universal God, and so I'm sending one back by asking those who are in need of financial aid to reachout to this business for servicing.

  1st Franklin employees at the Buford location was very knowledgeable explained everything they didn't rush through things like most companies do trying to get you out of there,they was trained very well felt like family while there they was concerned about how my day was and how I was doing will definitely refer people for business.

  Spoke with Daniel today and he was very professional and helpful assisting me with info on a loan that my brother Anthony has with them. My brother is 76 and has been in the hospital lately thus falling behind in a payment and I am thankful that they worked with him. I totally recommend them if you need a loan! I too in the future plan on working with them to get a loan to pay off my credit card debt!

  1st Franklin was truly a life saver. I’ve taken out multiple loans with amazingly affordable payment plans and have been able to purchase all the equipment I need to stay industry ready. Wesley helped me with each process and I recommend her to anyone in need of help. She made such a daunting process easily understandable with her efficiency and accommodating demeanor. If you need financial help in this season I absolutely recommend 1st Franklin in Buford. They work with you to make your finances work for you. Update: It’s been some months since my last visit and all is well. I came back in for another loan and after refinancing, my current payments went down a bit. This is the best place for loans. I’m on track to pay them off a little early and I have what I needed. Daniel was awesome! He was efficient, he made everything easy to understand and he was timely. I got my loan applied for, approved and paid out to me in 24hours flat! I suggest everyone use this place. My credit isn’t the best either so, if that was stopping you before, still check and tell them Natasha sent you!

  I had an amazing experience with Wesley. She answered every question I had. Super nice and friendly. Everyone was wearing mask, the Branch Manager even gave me my own personal Hand sanitizer. Wesley even went as far as letting me borrow her phone charger when my phone went dead.They have an awesome staff!!!! Keep up the good work
