Nancy Yousaf1The worst experience of my life. The staff here are so rude and truly have no idea or any sense of customer service. My baby sister first time in New York needed some money. She called me her older sister to put some money in her account. Regretfully now her bank is Bank of America with my mom. I went in with a simple request to put some money in her account with cash . They denied me and said I can not put cash in because I am the 3rd party. I asked them very kindly if there was any exception they can make because this is an emergency. I had the account information and I let the teller know i can get my mom who is the account holder on the phone. Instead they asked me who I bank with and told me to go through them. I am requesting my mom to cancel all her accounts with Bank of America and come to TD who I bank with and who went above and beyond to help me and made sure she had the money available now. You guys want good customer service unfortunately you will not get it here. Just upset because of how I was treated not only are they losing all the accounts my mom has with them. If there was any chance of me opening up another account It will not be here.

Nelson C.1I was there this past Saturday attempting to make a deposit on someone else's account via a certified check. I got there at 11 am and ended up leaving at 11:28 am without evening seeing a teller. The service and respect for customers time is not appreciated. There were a total of 4 customers that I observed just walk away from the line because of the wait time. Two customers at the counter held up both tellers for an extended period. You would think management would've stepped up and helped but nothing was done. Very dissatisfied.

Kara Beg5I came to this branch on Tuesday as I had an issue with my car loan through BoA. Long story short the remainder of my loan got paid out instead of the minimum amount. Parchelle came to the rescue and was able to contact the loan department to get the info I needed to fax it over. I had no access to a fax machine so he did it for me. Fast forward fo today I tried to get a hold of the loan department but couldnt so I called back and Parchelle said he would call them. Within an hour he called back saying everything was good and I was getting my refund back. He stayed on the phone for an hour. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me in this time of need and I really appreciated it. Thanks a million Parchelle!

Joanne Khavari1Yesterday the ATM would not accept deposits. Today at lunch time, no drive thru tellers were open. On the days the drive thru IS open, they only open one lane instead of opening both lanes so that while one person is filling out their deposit slip or whatever they are doing, the teller can be waiting on another customer. This used to be a good branch, but not anymore.

Ani Char5Very helpfull staff, especially Parchelle. Matthews was very kindly and solved my issue right away. And the other thing, most imortan is they set up an appointment like within 10 15mins that was really quick. It never had to me in my experience. Advise to everyone get a service here especially if ur in a rush. And again want to remind Parchelle solves any issue right away, go to him and let him take care about.

Ryan Ruhstorfer1Came to this location to get a document notarized and they turned me away because I didn't have a personal account. My company does all of their banking through BOA and this was work place document. With customer service like this, I would never think about having a personal account with this bank.

Shevonne Polastre5After going to PNC bank, and having to deal with their representatives who didn't know a thing, I decided to check out Bank of America. Years ago, I had a bad experience with them, so I was a little weary. However, I heard that they had tremendously improved and that their business services were great, so I decided that I would go check them out. I asked the representative what paperwork I needed, he said that the tax id form, articles of incorporation, and certificate from the state. The same paperwork that was baffling the PNC representative. I was able to open a business account as a nonprofit organization. He told me that when the IRS approves the 501(c)(3) status to just return, so they can show the exemption. It was smooth sailing with no issues. Thank you Bank of America for not wasting my time and energy.
