Reda Rawi1Worst BoA branch ever... Only one cashier working 2 days in a row...Cashier wasn't able to handle 3 customers, was waiting for 20min without any progress... Contacted the lady at the front who was chatting loudly with other colleagues. After requesting to help the cashier out, so that the customers can be assisted, she replied rudely that only she can handle the teller position today. 20min for 3 customers...and still stuck with the 1st customer...What would happen if you had 20 customers waiting??? Will never again visit this branch...Stay away...

David Haithcox5I've never had a bad experience at this location. Rarely visit banks in person but when I do, I'll go out of my way to use this location. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Raved Utanes1Worst branch of Bank of America. Waiting for 35 minutes for withdrawal only one counter.at the lobby. The other lady in front instead she went to help since the line was like 12 people. Not recommended

Matt Kelley1This is by far the WORST banking experience you will ever have. They’re always under staffed and never willing to go above and beyond to help anyone. I was there last weekend and they couldn’t help me get a new card. I had to stand in line to pull cash out and there as at least 20 people in line and only 2 tellers. You’d think after several complaints they’d change. The people who work there are nice but you’d better plan to spend at least an hour. If you’re thinking about joining BOA I hope this is not the branch closest to you.

Mary Seibel1I make deposits for a business account. I can't remember a time when I don't have to stand in a Long line for 15 or more minutes to make a simple deposit. This has been going on for years at this branch, so it appears the corporate BofAm could care less about customer satisfaction. I used to use the Bethesda, Wisconsin Ave branch which had the same problem. Then they relocated several blocks away on Wisconsin Ave and still have the same problem with No parking! I have a personal account at another bank and I rarely wait more than a couple minutes. Bank of America has the Worst customer service.

J W1Waited almost an hour to get a certified check. Extremely understaffed (like most BOA locations lately). Individuals walked out without service due to the wait. Manager was indifferent to the ridiculous wait for customers who complained. She was more interested in questioning my 20 yr old signature in their system vs. the one I just signed, all while holding my current valid ID, that also has a signature on it. Avoid if you can.

Öykü Pordoğan1We had an appointment with Faruk Harji last week about Power of Attorney form to add to the account and he said he have never done this operation which was understandable. But this is not a rocket science, either he could asked to his manager about this process or directed us to someone else. He said he send the information to the department and now we need to wait for their response and he said it will be resulted in 5 days and he asked me to send him an email after 5 days (but I think this is not responsible behaviour and he suppose to call and let me know the result) One week later I sent him emails (two times) as you can see the screenshots below and left voicemail to his number to call me back. He never responded. So I made another appointment with him to discuss about the status. Firstly, he told us he never received this emails and voicemails which is kind impossible. I feel like he is not telling the truth so I was very worried if he really done mine transaction or not. When I wanted to confirm his email address, he asked me to leave his office which is very rude. He have not even checked his emails to see if he might has received them. Also, he said the department rejected because of the language of the POA even though the POA's language has English version. He was always complaining about he has never done this transaction and he felt me unconfortable. Even he used psychological tension on me. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FARUK HARJI! I will contact with the manager as soon as possible.

sumeet singh1Hi everyone, First and foremost, there service is slow as there is only two people. Now, the reason why it's 1 star due to racism. Me(Indian) and my friend(African) had stopped by to get a certified check. My friend sat down to to wait for me. While I was getting my check, I heard my friend having argument with an employee. It turned out that a white women had walked straight for my African friend and asked if he was relaxing. She pretty much asked only him and not the other white individuals. She asked just him and didn't ask the others. He filed a complaint but I hope it goes through. I just want everyone to know about this experience.
