  My husband and I refinanced our home at the end of 2021 hoping to get a better rate and we did ! Thanks so much to Jake Finley and and the professional team at Washington Home Mortgage. We ran into a few speed bumps like the extra paperwork needed from our solar company being that we have solar panels and Jake and LaurieJo were so helpful in making sure we had what was needed.   We have refinanced through Washington Home Mortgage several times over the past 20 years and have been consistently pleased with the quality of service Diego and his team provide. Diego has always identified several different refinance options for us, and then talked us through the pro's and con's of each option to help us identify which best meets our needs. He has always been patient with our (many) questions on issues such as closing costs and willing to have multiple phone or Zoom calls with us to help us understand them. Diego's team has also been most helpful to us in navigating through the sometimes daunting documentation requirements of the lenders. In sum, we have always benefited from and appreciated the professional and personalized service we have received from Washington Home Mortgage.
