  Incompetent people. I don’t think these people can do any complicated transactions besides processing withdraws or deposits. I never had a positive experience in that branch, yet I still go there because it close to my house. Every time I go to other branches, the difference is like a day and night. Today, during my visit the manager was not even on site; a teller had to call her on a phone in some separate room, and I had stand there and wait for a while staring at the blank teller window - what a poor customer service! And even after that they were not able to help me. Why would they?

  It was very bad experience with them.Since I am receiving mail from this bank every month to have a credit card from them, I went there to get information and open an account for my monthly salary which is reasonably good amount. The authorized person didn't even listen to my request and I immediately decided that it is not a right bank for me.

  Cheap unprofesional labor. Incompetent staff, went to do a Credit Card Payment and clerk did not have a clue of what to do. Instead of asking a co-worker how to do her job, she sends me to the ATM. I wonder what would be next, CapitalOne getting rid of that clerk or clossing another branch. Unreal.

  Lazy bank specialists. First, they told me I can to do what I came for online (I tried it and couldn’t - that was the reason I had to go to a branch And talking to the lazy people). Then, after me waiting fir my turn, they told me the bank is closed even though there were 2-3 minutes before the closure. It was obvious they were in a hurry to get closed and go home and didn’t care about customers!

  Although Capital One stopped cashing in EE and I bonds, they handle HH bond signature guarantees, and I appreciated that they took the time to handle this for me.

  I use Capital one bank at Old Georgetown rd over 10 years, and i like that branch they all doing good job, specially Sahar

  this takes the cake for worst capital one service
