  Spent twenty minutes on a trip to this bank only for the ATM to "not be accepting deposits at this time," which was the only reason I went. Incompetent. Don't apologize to me. Give me my time back.

  What is the use of this branch? No notary available and if you ask they will say notary available everyday everytime. Noone pickup the calls

  Worst place to go to. They send me to a branch to get my ID info, as they said I never did it. Then I call and try to get the hold off and they tell me the bank should have called. Back to the bank I go, then they set up a 2nd meeting. I get a phone call to tell me they are finally calling to see whats up. Then I get another call, I needed to call the fraud department. Well I am completely through with bank of America, it's the worst bank to bank with. Running around after knee surgery, depending on people to bring me. I want to know why they don't answer the phone

  Poor service they do not cash check they tray to make you to open account I tray to talk to the manager Irene come and cannot awncer my questions whythey cannot cash my check very Unprofessional

  This is the slowest bank in the entire capital region. I have been here numerous times to deposit and the wait is usually the same amount of time as going to the DMV. The manager just quietly stands on the side of the line and doesn’t ask other employees to help the tellers.

  Do you have tons of time on your hands and are looking for new ways to waste it? Do you miss banking in the 20th century and want to go back in time when there were no (operable) drive thru's? Do you wish your bank opened after you had to be at work and closed before you left work? Are you in the market for a new financial institution who seemingly has no regards for their customers whatsoever? Then look no further, because Latham branch of Bank of America is the bank for you. Making a simple deposit here will be, at the very least, 20 minutes of your time. This is at a minimum and it is ALL. THE. TIME. Today it was 40 minutes. They will tell you "they are very busy" (like their customers are not), but they don't like it when you respond "Then Hire More Tellers Because It Is ALWAYS This Way." And if you are making deposits in multiple accounts, be sure to check your deposit slips because it can all end up incorrectly in the same account. They won't answer their phone. I once saw them lock the door on a customer's face who was about to grab the door handle, but they rarely open at 9am on the dot. But don't worry, there is a completely useless manager hanging around who instead of hopping on and lending a hand to move the line along will offer to show you to the ATM instead. A sign could do the same thing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  30 minutes in line. 8 employees. One teller. The one teller has to leave to tend to the brinks driver. Get it together. Worst operating bank in the area. WHAT are the 2 employees supposed to be doing while holding iPads staring at us? Awful.

  I can NOT get service from the drive thru. It is extremely aggravating to bank at this location. The max I've had to wait was 30minutes! I couldn't leave, because they had my license and bank card! No one would respond when I pressed the call teller button. They never seem to have enough staff. In fact, I'm in the drive thru now (with two young children), I've had NO ackowlegdement of my presence in line. We are at 10min+ so far. Its 2:30PM, and we arrived with NO line!!!

  If i could give a negative 5 stars I would. I only use this bank for work and they are the worst. They should of kept the near by Waterlivet branch opened and closed this location. They never have enough staff on to help. The lines are over an hour long on Saturday. And the managers are never around if they are they are standing around talking. The Indian woman is very rude. The managers are the worst.....i have never seen a bank treat their customers so poorly. Please take your business somewhere else....

  I actually had a great experience here. I was immediately asked if I needed help and shown what I needed to do, didn't have a wait and was taken care of by a very friendly clerk. Also got into a nice conversation with a clerk who wasn't even helping me. I will definitely continue to use this branch.
