  Great place to do business with! Called up minutes after test driving a car on a Saturday and had the loan process started. I was able to take delivery of the car the same day! Ryan is Awesome and great at what he does!

  I have been with this bank for over ten years now, I had an issue with the older vehicle I had and decided I needed to go buy a new car. I emailed down to the Latham office and within hours I got a phone call asking how they could help! They had me in that new car within the day and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Kevin is an amazing person to have on the team and the CEO personally came to meet me, which was amazing and it made me feel so much more comfortable. Thank you for being an amazing bank!! You all rock!!!

  I want to send a quick message to thank Pat Shannon for continuing her commitment to me and taking care of all my issues at Community Resourse Federal Credit Union. Pat has helped me switch banks from New York to Arizona and reassure me that all my baking needs were met. Pat I think you for being a wealth of knowledge, for your patience and doing what needs to be done for all my banking needs. I appreciate your natural leader ship, dependability, willing to help on all matters that were needed. Pat has called me and went out of her way to reassure me everything was taken care of which I’ve never had anybody at a bank do that before so I thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing a wonderful job. It was an extreme pleasure to be working with Pat and I will be calling her one more time to close my account out which is sadly to say because she’s a wonderful person to speak to.   First off let me start by saying the customer service process is amazing, I have no issues by who I deal with at the bank. However the amount of problems I have had with this financial institution is absolutely uncalled for. There have been numerous occasions of them draining my account and putting it towards a loan that payments are nowhere near due for. So then I have to go through a process that takes hours to have my funds returned to me, and this happens practically every other month. And I also realized they always give me at least double the APR that other financial institutions give me. There are more dependable financial institutions. Don’t go here.

  Great bank. All the tellers are great i hear. The guy Kevin who lends out the money is the worst person there. Wouldnt even give my brother a $3k loan for a highschool reunion that would've paid for itself afterwards and helped my brothers credit. My brother said this guy had the most annoying voice too.
