      I went to this bank to open a joint account with my daughter or add her to my account. We both have separate checking accounts as a Savings. Two representatives said because my name was spelled different on my social than license, they couldn’t open the account. However, my other accounts were open and both my identities was the same way as they are now. After verifying my identity, they still did not open account for me and my daughter, and I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years. I also have a credit card with the bank as well. I was a witness that they certainly don’t value their customers. Amanda was very pleasant, however Rosa and Layla was very rude with attitudes, even one told me she was going to chastise Nathan for opening my account in the first place. With a background in banking and customer service, I was just shocked to encounter this type of service at such a reputable bank. I am so unsettled with this matter and the service I received.

      This has to be the worst branch in Georgia atleast. I opened my account a few months back no issues really at first. Now I can't get anyone on the phone ever. In person went in there almost no one in the bank at the time so I figured let me call and see what they do. Still everyone just ignored the call. I've been trying to reach out to get some things straightened out with one of my accounts

      I have been calling this location nonstop for a week now. No one picks up, what kind of bank is this!!??? Really like they don’t want customers.

      This office has been horrible to work with. I have called several time and nobody answers the phone. Its like they DO NOT want customers. I have a lot of money with this bank including some stock. I will be selling my stock and closing my accounts. This branch has ended my relationship with Bank of America.

      Can I give 0 stars?! Bank teller with short some grays in her hair and tan skin (wish I had gotten her name 😤) was so rude and rather than help when I asked her a banking question she flat out told me she couldn’t help me and walked away. What kind of service is that?! Yet when I had my mother walk in and the teller next to the rude teller was able to help my mom no problem and was very nice. You need to clean house and get rid of your bad employees.

      Bank of America in one of the top 3 Banks that are bullies! This branch here is horrible. Stood in line for 10-15 minutes just to cash a check and then told I have to sit and wait for a verification for what ever reason. Which took an additional 20 minutes to even get to speak with someone. I have done a lot of research and found that banking with these larger banks have less benefits for the average person unless you bring more that $30,00,000.00 to the table. Well needless to say the check did not get cashed here.

      Best banking experience I ever had. I showed up right on time for an appointment to wire funds for a home closing and Nathan was waiting for me at the door. He was prepared and already knew who I was, what I was there for, and took the time to verify the account details were accurate before processing the transaction. I was back out the door in 20 minutes. Prior reviews had me anticipating a bad experience but was pleasantly surprised.

      We at Homestar Pest Solutions, LLC., HIGHLY don't recommend this Financial Institution for your Business or Personal Banking needs. They are CROOKED! Getting an attorney now! They allow anyone with NO authorization to debit your account and then refuse to credit it back in a timely manner.....they're incapable of conducting proper investigations, when a claim has been made and forget using the ATM's..they eat checks!

      I had an appointment with the branch manager Joel for Saturday at 9 a.m in the morning. I was at another location the Friday before that set the appointment for me where Joel was explained my situation by the Athens location for over an Hour. Joel assured me and the Athens location that he could handle my needs and outlined what I needed to bring to complete my transaction. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Joel who was checking people in as they entered. When I stated why I was there, he did not remember anything to the point I had to ask if there were to Joels that worked there. There was not. He then told me that he would be with me in a few moments, 30 minutes later a lady names Eva was available to assist me. This is where the frustration really kicked in. She would not hear me out, she kept interrupting me, and telling me " you are not listening to me". I was trying to deposit a very large check that was made out to myself and my father( which was with me), there only solution was to open a NEW account, in which I did not want to so because I already have several accounts. They are more concerned with opening new accounts to meet quotas rather than doing what is best and easiest for their clients. The kicker is that Eva had to keep going to talk to Joel for advice and he would not step in and talk to me. I have to decided to close all my accounts with BOA, which I closed one while I was there and the teller who cashed out the account was even rude. Not to mention they called the police in because as a from of I.D I gave them my concealed carry permit.

      Where do I start? My two month old business account gets hacked, starting with Google Wallet, (don't have one, never will) Groupon (never used it, never will) and a bank in Germany, (not me),poor customer service, let us make you an appointment, so you can come back and wait again! This bank needs more employees! ! Someone shut off my below balance notifications, (why would I do that) seems like a bank scheme, that way if you are not getting notifications, you don't know, and maybe you over draw. Banks make money on fees! ! How convenient. I would urge everyone to go back to using cash, IT CAN'T BE HACKED, OR SKIMMED! !! So sick of all banks.
