  I tried to call six times during an hour period after double checking the location’s hours, and not a single person picked up. Showed up a few minutes after call number 6 to find no signs of them being busy and the location was fully staffed. I rarely call because I rarely find myself in a situation that requires it, but way to completely waste my time. In previous experiences, when someone did pick up, it was basically a game of Russian Roulette whether the person on the phone was going to be rude or not.

  I was at a store checkout and my debit card was declined. I thought no big deal, just call them. Joke is on me! 30 minutes later, still in the store, I gave up. I called every number I could find and went through numerous prompt trails trying to speak to a person. No luck. Next day, Saturday, I have been on the phone over an hour trying to get help. I did get in touch with one lady who was putting me through to the fraud line but it didnt work. It sent me back to the beginning. I waited 23 minutes before the one number sent me to the lady who finally said I had to get in touch with my home bank which is closed till monday! So 3 days with no access to my funds! No way to run a bank! Of course I'm looking at other banking options who have 24/7 real live service.

  Walked in on a Saturday, kinda busy and had to wait. But the 3 employees I had the pleasure of meeting, were kind and courteous. I am looking forward to the experience and the opportunity PSFCU offers. Keep up the great work and Hospitality. I did hear many times please remove your hat. And being asked why by members. The reply was short and to the point. It's for the safety of US, you and others. And for Cameras to get full video of a person. ALL FOR SAFTEY AND SECURITY... LOVE THIS...

  I think it is unfortunate that a so called credit union does not allow you to access all your past statements online and then when you walk into the bank they want to charge you $5 per month for YOUR bank statements which they prevented you from accessing online. Even if you were going to charge for a service $5 for sheets of paper not worth the amount is exactly what it is. A rip off! Disappointed.

  Unfortunately I have had the “pleasure” of working with Diane at this branch. She rude every time I visit the branch. Apparently I am not the only person who feels the cold unwelcome being here. I visit once a month and it is the same unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I’ve heard great things about the branch but if you want a better service go to Wells Fargo.

  Came in on a Friday and got a checking and savings account in under 20 minutes. My fiance and I came back in the next day to add him on the account as joint and the staff was super helpful and professional.

  Done with these idiots. I have been a member for 18 years, back when it was gwinnett federal.. Ever since it became "peach state fcu" it has been bad. Long lines, long waits, semi friendly staff, I'm just done. Don't even get me started on them closing ALL THE TIME for whatever reason. 4 days for memorial day? Sure! First FOUR Mondays after Christmas? Sure! National Chicken Sandwich day? National Polka Dot Day? I'm surprised they don't... Just done, completely done.

  Be nice be certain if open. Otherwise great place. Understand holidays but, please let us know when your open.

  Overtime I have visited the credit union I have had a great experience. I find the two ladies very helpful, kind and pleasant. Not sure why the other folks are talking about. So sorry they had this experience.

  FYI - $3 charge at ATM for non members, even for members of other co-op credit unions.

  Hello Azar, while our branches are part of the CO-OP Shared Branching network, we do not belong to the CO-OP ATM network. The CO-OP ATMs and Shared Branching are not related.
