      By far the worst bank I have ever had. Telling me, someone wants to pay my loan and u wont tell them amount on account to pay. But if it was money directly owed to Sharon there would be no problem. And So many more problems. Once my loan is done I will never bank here again and spend the rest of my life exsplaining why YOU SUCK. Money hungry no good people. Staff rude 90% of time makes me think they get treated poorly. All Sharon credit unions in ma. Please dont assume just this one with review.

      Had over 20 Google charges to my account that I did not make. Called up and reported the issue to Sharon Credit Union, the day it happened, and was then told to head down to the branch office ASAP to file paperwork. Went down to the branch office, and was told that the paperwork was already being processed, I then signed paperwork, received my new card, and was told to wait 60 days for an answer. Just over 60 days, I contacted them only to be told that the dispute was never filed, and to come back down to refile. Over $300 worth of charges, thank you for holding my money SCU. Great job.

      Sharon and Crescent Credit Union merged a while back and it's been a nightmare interacting with them ever since. I am going to pursue refinancing and get away from this operation.

      They sent my car title to a completely different town, lost it, and now I have to pay for my replacement title because they NEVER get back to you when you contact them. Never again 🤢.
