Prasanna G1Notary service denied: Once we arrived there with the appointment, a Relationship Manager Ms. Montenegro took our documents out of my sight. She supposedly checked it with a Manager. Without an explanation I could understand, Ms. Montenegro stated that Notary services will not be provided. How do you decide on what you will notarize and why would such services be denied to me? Is it a common practice to take a customer's identity documents out of their sight? Was Ms. Montenegro the authorized Notary or was she checking with a Notary who would not speak with us? P.S: Editing my post to indicate that the template response from the Bank to this post is pretty useless. There's no action taken to correct the situation and instead, want me to reach out to their social media channels (huh!).

Jessica Bennett1This branch has been incredibly unhelpful on multiple occasions. They are always understaffed and unable to accommodate everyday transactions such as wiring funds without making appointments days later. Always a wasted trip.

Michael Eisworth5Such a better experience than what I just had at Chase. We were walking up and the security guard came out to hold the door for us. We went inside and immediately were greeted by Arturo. I explained we needed to ad my wife to the savings account. He asked us to have a seat and 2 minutes later we are taking care of business. He updated our info and explained why instead of just firing off questions. Great experience.

Richard Wiley1THIS LOCATION DOES NOT CLEAN ATM SURFACES. There have been the same spatters of spit on one of the drive thru arms since BEFORE the pandemic start. I had not been through their ATM for months and recall wondering how often that the drive thru arms were cleaned. To my surprise it's been almost a year since thinking that and the spit is still all over the screen.

William Inselmann1Walked into this branch at 10:35 am to get one form notarized; I was the only customer, really, there were no other customers in the bank. There were 4 employees and I was told that I needed an appointment since they had someone coming in at for a scheduled appointment at 11:00 am. I said since I'm the only customer in the Bank now and her next appointment will not arrive for at least 20-25 minutes can she just notarize the form. She said I need an appointment and asked if I wanted to schedule one. I left BOA walked across the street to Chase Bank and had my form notarized in 5 min. I drove past the BOA branch at 10:55 and the parking lot was still empty. Unbelievable.

Larry Rindner1Today I called to verify whether a cashier's check drafted from Bank of America cleared for legal purposes. Tony gave me incorrect information and didn't understand a simple transaction. Two times prior I was able to get the information I needed from this branch. Terrible service! Highly considering changing banks. Poor service.

Jaime McDaniel3They are usually nice and helpful when I go in which is rare because their hours don't work for me. Only open 3 hours on Saturday, 10-1. Don't open until 10 every day, I need earlier. Their ATM machines are messed up and more difficult to use and out of service a lotmlmm
