  This was mine and my husband's first time buying a home, and now we feel like experts thanks to Joe and his team! From the very beginning Joe and Colten were friendly and easy to communicate with. They made sure to always be available for every little question or concern we had throughout the entire loan process. Joe spent as long as it took, often after hours or on weekends, to go through loan documents with us to ensure that we understood every detail and felt comfortable with the transaction. With Joe and his team we were able to get us pre-approved the same day we reached out to them. As we found houses we were interested in we would contact Joe and his team and within 30 minutes would have a complete work-up on the house costs so we could tell if the house was truly in our budget. Joe even went above and beyond to help us get our credit up prior to purchasing our house. Joe and his team have all the personable qualities of a local lender with the speed and efficiency of the internet only lenders. Big name lenders may look like they are offering a better deal, but are often leaving out or under estimating costs that will drive your mortgage rate up upon closing. Joe is upfront, honest, and will help you understand every factor that goes into your closing costs and mortgage payment. I cannot express enough how amazing it has been having such a great team to work with through the entire home purchasing process! I would HIGHLY recommend Joe and his team for anyone in the DFW area!!!

  My wife and I were first time home buyers and had little in the way of expectations for the loan process other than the stories we heard from others. Joe Kerbel and his team at Global Lending Solutions made sure the process would be relatively stress free by being up front and honest about each step and what was required of us. And aside from a little internal communication snafu near the end of the process which ended up pushing our closing date back one day, we encountered no problems along the way which lead to a relatively stress-free process. We ended up closing on our loan in just 29 days and we can't begin to thank Joe and the team at Global Lending for helping us get into our first home.
