  Waited for more than hour. Only for the people in front of me waiting for a specialist like me to be skipped. Last time I will do business at this location. Don't ignore the reviews. Unless you have time to waste don't come here. I ended up leaving.

  Best to just use their ATM’s. If u go inside, be ready to wait a while. Once they get to you, they are cordial and helpful but again, you will have like a 45 min wait or longer.

  Worst service, they are very slow. If you go the merchant line doesn’t really matter to this branch they will still have you stand in line. They always have an excuse of why the merchant line isn’t open, even if you go during business hours (for merchant line hours).

  Yea pretty terrible. Super long line. U would think that out of all the Billions of $ that they make they would bother to hire a few more ppl & get better training for their staff. Im glad i dont have a bank account with them

  Horrible customer service here. They never answer their phone, their atms are always down, so many hiddne fees etc etc. Its time to end banks and start credit unions.

  This is the worst branch I have ever been in. It takes at least 30 minutes just to get to a teller. One day I was here for an hour just trying to buy change.

  This is the worst bank ever it sucks that is the only Bank Of America in Eastvale.... They always have one teller available 2 the most. Service is terrible super slow.

  They only had one teller, and the wait time in line was like 30mins. Geez. There employees just standing around instead of helping customers.

  Just because its not - 5 stars worst bank ever seriously i went to try to cash a check from my customer and ask for info for a business acct, but they wasn't able to cash a check the teller was rude, manager nice but not able to do her job and cash it, even one of their customer told me that she always have Problem with that teller ....
