  Never really go in but when I do, its hassle free, good service. ATM always works well, and they have updated to a nice one now.

  Way better service than bank of america... only waited like 20 mins. But instead of getting a person setting an appointment up for me to open an account . They actually opened right then and there like it should be. It only took 15 mins and we were done... Thailr helped me out and got me all setup!! Thanks US bank!! Keep up the better work. And only advice is to have a check in list for people waiting up front.

  I just went in to refi my auto loan which required I open a checking account. I had no intention of using this bank for anything other than the auto loan, but I came away very impressed. The bank rep "Ini" was so nice and thorough. If i ever decide to leave my main bank, i would consider this bank and this branch.

  The staff who've helped me at this location are very helpful and know what they're doing. However, at least half of the time I go to this US Bank the ATM outside is out of service or does not accept deposits. Since the two US Bank locations that used to be inside the Vons and Ralphs nearby have closed, this is the only one in the area. The issues with the ATM make this super inconvenient.

  I did not have a good experience today at this branch. I have called 3 times and nobody is answering. Horrible service. I am seriously considering canceling my personal checking account, personal credit cards, my business checking account and all my business credit cards along with my credit card processing through US bank. Online it says Micah Espinosa is the branch manager but dosen't give me a option to contact him. If Micah sees this review please have a district/regional manager contact me. Im sure they will want me to keep my money at US bank

  They have one teller and a long line and their answer is," there's a bank across the street." Atm machine always has a jam. Really consider making this your primary banking location.

  This location is consistently under staffed and slow. A huge open bank should not have just one teller.

  Same experience as the others. 1 teller, 4 others standing around. We needed to talk to someone and they just had us sit. Very un freindly. Watched others walk out too as we had to without getting anything done.

  This bank it’s very clean inside and outside and it’s next to a gas station how convenient . ATM are inside. Great customer service.
