  The customer service was great and very helpful and friendly. They have atm inside and and drive through outside. Next to a Carl jrs , 7/11, Albertsons.

  So I was very happy with this bank until today I needed Chas and bank shows online that it's open but its closed and ATM is denying to give cash because of a technical issue.. I enough money there and now they are holding it hostage.. really upset 😡

  At first chase was very good bank but now they have bad service. My account went overdraft, paid the balance the same day but still was hit with a ridiculous amount of overdraft fee, talked to customer service put me on hold 20 minutes and got nothing resolved, had to cancel the account after 12yrs.

  Tried to call the bank and the phone just rings, then hang up. They put about 5 ATMs where the the teller windows used to be. Only two teller windows left. It looks like Chase has abandoned the whole ideal of personal service.

  Chris was very helpful and actually listened to our needs. All my experiences there have been pleasant , but he just had little tendencies to listen . I had a very pleasant time.

  this branch isn't the fastest branch. I've never walked in and not waited at least 30 mins for a teller or clerk. clean bank just the people inside always seem busy even when nobody is in the bank...
