  As a long time business account holder at BOA, I walked n for 1 document to be notarized. I understand there’s appointments but she couldn’t give me the courtesy of an issue that took 1 minute. Horrible work ethic and customer service.

  I made a deposit at this location one day that vanished off system and the face if the earth the next day. Thank God i kept the deposit receipt to prove i had a check and had deposited it the day prior. The Ponce location took good care of me and resolved the missing deposit issue which was complicated as it was no where to be found in the system.

  horrible waiting for her at 2: pm in bank of American. the same thing is happening as in the Ponce de León branch. a single person to attend by window and 4 sitting in office without doing anything .8 people waiting. stops more than 30 minutes to attend us .. very bad service

  They have 5 people opening up accounts, but only one stressed out teller assisting a massive line of disgruntled bank members. I go to deposit my business’s funds at this location, and it’s the same mess everyday. This place is the worst!

  The worst possible service you can ask for, I ended up taking all my money from my checking account, every time I come to this bank theres always an issue and specially with their poor customer service. VERY VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Never again am I using this bank

  Terrible staffing, long lines and one teller. When asked the manager did not see anything wrong with having one teller and ten people waiting in line for about twenty five minutes. Third world branch experience. I would avoid this branch at all cost!

  One teller and a have a huge line on a Friday at 10 am . Bank of America is a++ for online but when u go to a teller it’s below F- - - Amazing the contrast

  Very slow customer services. Only one very very slow teller, Everyone else is seating at their desk just looking at the long lines and they don’t bother to help. No place to park, no drive thru. Worst bank !

  Has been waiting for more than 30 minutes and there is only one teller the line is big and there is no customer service, I can't believe that the bank of American can't have more employee to attended the client.

  2 tellers for 19 people... This URGENTLY needs improvement. Customer service is not bad, but management only has 2 tellers at all times! Please, fix this.
