  After west 7th location failed I drove here to try to deposit in the Night Deposit and it didn’t even open! Again what’s the point of having this option if it’s not available 24/7! I shouldn’t be forced to enter the building to make a simple deposit!

  Good when they're open. My problem with all bank of america branches is that closing at 4 pm makes it difficult to do actual business with a teller if you happen to work semi-regular business hours. Common guys an extra hour during the week wouldn't kill ya

  Always a really long wait. Then they decided to permanently close down the 10-lane drive thru so the wait tripled. They refuse to staff properly and their customers pay for it. Banks should be a convenience, this one is a complete frustration.

  I am a Chinese who is just move to America. I was looking for a bank for myself , I was compare different bank long time. I choose Bank of America . I think I am lucky , My choice is correct ! Bank of America is a Very professional and responsible for the customer's bank ！ Especially the manager Greg , he is a very nice manager ! He help me a lot , because I can't understand English very good, he always spend a lot of time and patience on me. I think I will choose bank of America forever , they are awesome ! ( sorry about my English, if Have some words is wrong ) The manage Greg who is very nice and take care customers, and work hard ! It is a very nice bank and people there !

  Been banking with Bank of America for 30 yrs. Lately this location has closed drive thru, shortened its daily hours, never has enough tellers so wait lines get long and slow, and now closed on Saturday's.

  First time depositing my pay check, I felt like I wasn't welcomed inside the bank even though it was a Sunday and they were not busy. Im still with the banking institution because its a good location near shops, food, and groceries.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. Slow customer service. Long line with only two tellers open. Will never come here again. They obviously couldn't care less about their clients.
