  I have been with them as of February of this year there in house finance dept is ran by a woman name Toni. This woman has been the worst thru the time I had my first car til the second one. She was nasty about my situation to a point I was discussed. I even tried to talk to Managment an they had me wait as if my concern wasn’t important. A lot of passing the torch til I had to take matters myself an confront those woman she lied and said she didn’t send the paper work to my home. Days before she stated that “ if my address wasn’t correct I wouldn’t get some information then I go to the mail box and she sent two of the same things as if I was a bad customer. I want to talk to Managment about this situation and as much as my family spent with your company I have a voice about this!!!

  Sarah Driggers was amazing. She was very helpful and kind. Sarah wanted to help me get the right car for the right price and didn’t have an agenda other than that. If you go to Hampton Chevy, I suggest you ask for her.

  My team leader, Jim Goslee insures both my Z71 and Z06 are well maintained and meet the maintenance schedules provided by GM. He is dedicated to excellent customer service. Without the great Service Department, Hampton Chevrolet would be just another car dealer.

  This was one of the best experiences I could of ever experienced. Casey Chevrolet was very rude and tried to put me in a car that I didnt like and couldn't afford. I was a little discouraged when i pulled on the lot and I was just looking in the use car department. Oh and my credit wasn't the best either. Joey Lopez which I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great sales associate. He explained all the cars in detailed and showed me all my options before even showing me figures. Once I found the car I liked he helped me in every way he could to get me in the car. In fact instead of me leaving the lot with a used car I left with a brand new car with 0 miles on it and the payments are very reaonable. He continued to check on me and made sure my experience was satisfying. Joey Lopez again if you are looking for a really good person who is not trying to push you in a car because he wants to get the sale please see him. He will spend his time with you and make sure he explains everything to you and you are happy. Best experience I could of had. Thank you to all especially Mr. Lopez awesome.
