  This is the worst branch that I have been to, including all the other banks that I have been with. Always a bad experience, thank goodness that I rarely have to go in .

  Most Bank of America this days are getting worst and worst on service,no staff took over 1 hr waiting my turn

  The drive up ATM wasn't working yesterday 12/7. It had a new screen asking what language you'd like and tapping the screen did not take screen to the next option. Cars were lining up behind me so I had to go park and go inside bank. It was more trouble than I wanted. Please repair this tech problem. During Season I use that drive up ATM three and four days a week and it was very annoying for screen to freeze on the language question. I was not pleased. Thank you

  For the life of me, I'll never understand why the BOA branch near Riverdale High School was closed. This branch is not only inconvenient, and in a horrible area, but they have one teller and when someone comes in to do a business deposit, you're waiting for 20mins or more in line! Please open up the Riverdale branch again! For the record, the Riverdale branch was closed a few years ago for reasons unknown; not due to COVID.

  This is one of the most use banks in the area with only 2 ATMs and one is usually broken. When they close down the drive thru they could have put more AMTs in that area, with the number of people that they serve in this community you would think they would have thought ahead to do those type of things.

  I just want to say thank you for caring about your customers enough to hire someone to make them feel safe when coming to the bank/ATM! I was just there and the security guard outside of the bank went out of his way to make sure I felt safe, secure and was taking care of. He and was super nice! Just hope he knows how much he is appreciated!

  Service was a little delayed due to the exceptional service this bank has.So be prepared if your going on a Saturday 😁 ! My teller was exceptional ♥️

  The worst branch in Fort Myers, the line is usually to the door. Not enough tellers and uncomfortable with the area.

  This bank is a joke! They never have enough tellers and some of the staff are rude!!!
