After making the deposit I asked mr Richard (MANAGER)to make sure name and account number are correct and matched , but the person very rudely answered they don’t give any information,I requested again not to disclose any information just make sure the account number and Name on the account matched . Got Again very rude answer. I could not Imagine a MANAGER of one of the well know bank in our country, can act so bad .

Have been banking here for 8 years, and experience is getting worse by the year. Went to open a checking account for my daughter and was turned away halfway through transaction as they needed to see SSN card (of note, same account for my son at same branch did not require the physical card just number). Went back two days later with the card in hand at 3:35 PM and was told by manager that they close in 5 min. When I reminded them of their own hours that they close at 4, she said well my 10 year old daughter needs to be present (not required two days before). When I said that my wife is actually on the way with my daughter, she finally said they just can’t do it. Here’s a reminder BOA, banking is a business, and there are more banks available. Keep up the good work of turning customers away!!!

Been banking here for 6 years and as of recently this location has become the “police” over my money. As soon as customers walk in we get stopped and asked why we are here…in my case, I needed a wire transfer. I was told I need an appointment…what?! No! Do your job and service your customers. Close to pulling all accounts and going to a credit union who isn’t for profit.

I had an awesome experience with Tiffany D. She was very attentive, personable, and displayed a genuine concern for my needs. In addition, there was an attendant, at the door, whom was extremely accommodating with scheduling an emergency appointment. This was the best experience I’ve had at a Bank of America branch.

Bad! My daughter and I wanted to speak with a banker and the waiting time was 15 minutes. waited 30 and another person got there. She was told she would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes because there was someone in front After a few minutes a banker came out the lady how sing me up when to her whisper something and call her to one of the office. Very unprofessional, we walk away!!

Been in here pretty often to pick up cash. The ATMs dispense hundreds! The staff inside are nice and quickly get you in and out! I never hesitate to run in and talk with them over any of my needs. They do badger me a little when I withdraw about investing, so that’s slightly annoying...

My wife and I had an appointment to merge our existing checking and savings accounts. Brandon served us extremely quickly and with exemplary customer service. The entire staff was prompt and made the process extremely easy.

Terrible! I need to bank there because our company does. Shutting down drive through banking branches during Covid and forcing everyone inside to long lines. Why?

Do not open an account here go to a different boa if you want an account here because these people are not helpful at all.

By far, the best BofA branch in Brentwood-Franklin. The staff there are always pleasant and professional to deal with, and the line to the teller counter moves along quickly.
