Regions Bank Reviews

Sam Kim5Thank you for your recent help recovering from my lost $ on credit card by a freud of other state theft. Two cases this time and before $500 also correctly repaid. Your card freud protection system is working great and you never have charged hidden fee things yet during my business and personal banking work with you over 20 years, although your loan policy is stricter than small loan banks.

gary witkin5I have banked here since this branch opened some 20 years ago! It was & is very conveniently located. I've done business banking, personal banking, have several safe deposit boxes & have used other services many times. People here are efficient & friendly, but exceptionally so with their Branch Manager, David Morton, leading the team. He was not the first, but surely has been the most responsive and never fails to satisfy questions or concerns. I recommend them highly.

Kimberly Franco1What a disappointment! My husband and I recently relocated from NY to TN back in March. Our bank isn't here in TN, so I opened a new bank account with Regions, online. My husband received a check from his 401k when he left his job in NY, he signed the back of the check and put "for deposit only" so I could deposit it into my account while the new account I opened with him was fully opened by Regions. I deposited the check the end of June and was told that it would be available July 3rd. July 3rd came and it still didnt clear. I figured it was because of the holiday so I called into the customer service line to see what was going on and I was told it wouldn't clear until 07/31/2020 but they couldn't see why so I would have to go into a branch so they could call a manager in their corporate office to review what is going on. I made an appointment for this location at 1:15pm today and was seated with Tony. NO HELP whatsoever. I went to this location on my lunch break because it was close to work. He didn't even call a manager from corporate to see what the hold up was. I went over everything with him in detail and he stated that he thinks its because the check was signed by my husband. He then stated that I would have to bring my husband in to sign a signature card for the new account that we opened with the both of us on it. He just simply stated that he didn't know if that would help though. He then mentioned that my husband would have to sign a hold harmless agreement, get it notarized & everything. He then stated that he wasn't even sure if they still offered that form and that it would take him some time to even find the form.... I then asked if they were opened on the weekends, as my husband works during the day and at night and he told me that I would have to go to the branch that I opened the account with... I told him that I opened the account online so I didn't have a branch. He then told me that I had to go to the Jackson Downs location. My accounts were assigned to them, so "anything with your accounts is assigned to that bank, we can still take your deposits and you can use the atm's but something like this has to go through that branch"... I have since moved from that branch to where I am 30+ minutes away putting me closer to this branch. He simply did not want to help me and it was a waste of my time. I then asked if it was guaranteed that the funds would clear on 07/31/2020 or if it would be held up... and he just shrugged and said I dont know. CALL CORPORATE MANAGERS AND MAYBE THEY CAN TELL YOU! Corporate customer service stated that I could go to branch where they could call a manager on the corporate side to review my deposit being held. Tony did not even offer to call, he simply kept putting off. I eventually just said okay and got up to walk away. What a waste of time. I am sorry that my account was assigned to a lesser appealing neighborhood than Brentwood. What a disgrace to customer service.

Julie Bolles1I am not a Regions Bank customer however it was Saturday morning and I needed some smaller bills in exchange for larger bills. I was told they would not help me because I’m not a regions bank customer. Well I can assure you now I will NEVER consider Regions bank! Really??!! You would not exchange a $20 for ones’s and five’s just out of kindness and in hopes of possible gaining a new customer! Customer service is a lost act for way too many companies these days! I’m referencing Regions Bank on Bakers Bridge and Mallory Lane inCool Springs Tennessee.

Stuart Brent5Completely fine branch. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot, drive thru lanes are never crowded, staff was friendly, and there's decent free coffee in the lobby.

Christine Massey3Not enough staff long wait times

Heather Furlough1The customer service here is horrible. I have way to many banking options in the area to be treated with such bad customer service by the women that work at the drive thru.
