  Went here yesterday to open an account for my 10 year old daughter and the last appointment was at 3:00pm (we arrived at 3:30pm, they closed at 4pm) and the Financial Center Manager, John was not only able to open the account but he went above and beyond to provide excellent service! He was very thorough in explaining everything and I loved how he included my daughter in the process. She felt really important being able to open her account :) I Highly recommend this branch!

  Awful bank this is my fiancés home bank we came in today and the atm took a thousand dollars and broke and the the lady said it never has problems but clearly it does, PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF THIS BANK THE TELLERS ARE SLOW AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT TAKING THW TIME TO DO PAPERWORK TO HELP YOU THEYD RATHER YOU USE AN ATM AND IT BREAK ON YOU BECAUSE QUITE HONESTLY THE ATM IS AWFUL!!!!

  Only one person who can help you with all of your transaction her name is Brenda. Four other people there to ask you if you knew they had an atm as well as mobile banking. This bank has done nothing but make you wait ten times as long for worst service. Feel real sorry for handicap and elderly that have to come in now and wait ; ya for no drive up windows.

  Find another branch if you can. I go in to do the same transaction every month and about half the time they cannot help me. I travel a bit for work so I am always able to find another BOA branch that is all to happy to process my transaction. It is just a shame that my "home" branch lacks consistency in staff and training. I will say that the staff is always very friendly even when they are telling me they cannot do something that they can do.

  Excellent service,professional staff,friendly,this bank is incredible. When u finish banking go get a hero sub next door !!!

  Almost impossible to get someone on the phone. No drive through service apart from ATM, which has a 50/50 chance of working. Do Not Recommend this branch or Bank of America.

  This is not my bank. However, the staff were very helpful when I needed to deposit money into my son's account. Getting in and out of the parking lot is difficult though.

  This location is the worst! It only ever has 1 cashier available, you have to wait most days over 15 min just to deposit money.. this is unacceptable.. please hire another cashier!

  I come from lusby md and this is the best bank of america i have been to .The staff is so freandly specialy the tallest women there.She made me feel welcomed and apreciated.

  Horribly ridiculous! One teller....long line....no drive through. We are in the year 2018! Don't bank here!!
