  As a whole they are very good about working with you on things as long as you communicate with them. Also even though I'm not a gun owner they are better than most places on ammunition prices right now.

  I honestly did not think that customer service like this existed anymore. I'm with most of the folks on here that had a good experience. I felt comfortable, felt valued, and most of all was not made to feel like a criminal because I needed a small loan. Trent and Charlie?(I think thats his name, sorry if I'm wrong) were super cool, friendly, and just overall good people who I feel actually like their jobs and helping folks. I will not ever be going anywhere else. The mere fact that they gave me a loan that was fair and not an insult is enough to keep me coming back, but the customer service is truly impeccable. That seems a little dramatic but its the TRUTH. Give them your business and I'm quite sure you'll be another valuable customer to them!

  This was my first time pawning jewelry and I had a great experience. I really appreciated Trent's honesty and feedback on what he could take that day and what I should try selling on my own. I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend this business.

  They are very, very nice good deals and they have the cutest dog. I HIGHLY recommend them! They also had this really cool old keyboard for sell. I haven’t seen one like that since I was little! A lot of cool stuff and nice prices!

  Have been there a couple times and was offered much more than anywhere else I had been. The guy who worked there is extremely nice and isn't looking I rip anyone off. He's running an honest business and helps people out. If you need a loan or anything, go here. I promise you will not be upset. This pawn shop has earned a repeat customer for life

  I needed to pawn gold jewelry. It was my first time pawning & I had visited several shops. They all offered way below what I was willing to accept. Some just threw it on the scale & pulled numbers out of the air. I decided to check online reviews & found York Pawn. Trent took the time to carefully inspect my jewelry and explained the process of how he computed his offer. He performed several tests, weighed the pieces, and used real time gold market prices. Although he refused one of my necklaces, his offer was hundreds of dollars MORE than the other shops!! The time Trent spent analyzing my pieces made me confident that whatever York Pawn sold or pawned would be the highest quality and for the fairest price. They will be the ONLY pawn shop I will use.

  Hooray for York Pawn! As a disabled senior living on Social Security, I occasionally run into financial difficulties, and York Pawn readily helps me out with a small loan. The owners are warm and friendly, and they always have a diverse array of tools, electronics, antiques, jewelry, and guns for sale at incredibly great prices! It's the perfect place for finding unique gifts for those hard-to-buy-for acquaintances. Thank you York Pawn!
