  Just when you thought having a relationship with a credit could not get no better and it does ! My friend Melinda Ponton out did herself again, I wanted to finance through 1st Advantage but She was off that week but she still seen my email and Passed me off to Crissy Baum which knocked it out of the park. Thank you again for such excellent service.

  I've been a member since the Grafton branch was NWS and they've always been the absolute best! Always helpful. Always the nicest employees. Anytime I've needed a loan, assistance or advice, this is where I go.

  I have been a member of this bank for about 4 years. Over the last year, the Grafton branch has gone above & beyond for me. Every associate is extremely courteous and friendly, specifically Member Service Representative Stephanie Kolling. She has helped me to get my finances in order and always has the best advice. I would recommend that any member come see her. Also the teller Erin Pittman is extremely knowledgeable in all processes. She is always quick and polite and handles everything with a smile. I feel that by far this is one of the best branches that 1st Advantage has.

  I had to move quickly to set up a custodial account. I submitted an online inquiry early morning and I received a prompt reply from customer service around the time the branches would be opening. They sent my contact info and request to Grafton and I received a quick response from DeAnne. She was able to accommodate having me come in on the weekend to have the account set up. When I arrived, I was cheerfully greeted by one of the tellers. While I waited (which was less than 5 minutes), I could hear the employees' interactions with each other and could sense the camaraderie. DeAnne thoroughly explained everything that was needed and the process. She also faxed the documents to me (it's a small fee and was worth it to me) so I could ensure they were submitted on time. I appreciate the great, courteous help from her. Getting this done was such a relief to me.

  Member Service Representative Stephanie Kolling is awesome. She helped me today set up a new account. She ensured she understood exactly what I wanted and she took the time to explain to me how everything worked (access the account, how to work the functions within the account, etc.) She set me up with everything I needed. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

  I am so happy that 1st advance exist! They are number one to me in banking! I have been a member for nine years! Stephanie has shown me how too budget and manage by money she has gone beyond her job and help me personally. Every one in the Grafton office is excellent! All the tellers especially Erin who goes out of her way to assist me when I need help

  For the love of all that is holy, make the actual banking centers number available to customers. Its like pulling teeth getting in touch with anyone. I feel like I'm trying to contact a doctor. Worst customer service outside of the actual bank staff, which are always great. Corporate, get your stuff together. Its like giving a potential date your number, except its your moms number and they have to call her 1st to talk to you. Maddening.
