  The worst BOFA in atl. Do not stop here. Every single time I’m Here it takes an hour to cash a check. Update:12/06/2021 this branch still sucks. Understaffed. I was the only person in line it still took 25 mins to cash a check. I Wish I could no star this place. Will be switching to chase this week.

  If I would have come to this Bank of American initially to open an account. I would have NEVER opened an account. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, thanks Adel(sp). I'm not sure if people realize this but... if you dont like your job there are others.....

  They would not cash my check, saying "the characteristics" didn't match, meaning they tried to pull the signature card saying it didn't match....I was able to go right down the street to the bank of America on floyd road. My check was cashed without any problems.. I definitely DO NOT recommend the bank of America on veteran memorial. The manager issac was more concerned with flirting with a co worker than resolving the problem. He was extremely dismissive when I asked questions about why I cannot cash my check.

  Slow service and appears to be understaff. Visited this place twice for service. First visit, systems were down to process any service. Second time, only one bank teller and waited over 20 minutes before leaving. Consider another location for your banking.

  The notary here was extremely rude and unhelpful. I went in to get a business license notarized, and I had a few questions about the paperwork and business lingo. She refused to answer any of my questions, and made me feel stupid like I didn't understand English. She told me I should leave and go to UPS for the notary instead. Needless to say I will not be using this bank again and I would HIGHLY CAUTION anyone else from expecting respectful service at this business.

  A teller refused to give me change for a $100 bill because I did not have an acount open. This is redicilous!!!! Because of her selfish act I will prefer to take my money elsewhere and I encourage others to observe BOA customer service.

  So glad this branch is back open. There is never a line and awesome customer service. I appreciate the quick friendly service.

  Need to update stating that this location no longer has Teller Assist ATM's on the outside. Bring back outside teller assist ATM
