      I waited in line for about 30 minutes just to get up to the teller for her to be very rude and dismissive towards me. The gentleman working next to her was just as rude. They couldn’t explain to me why I couldn’t do what I was looking to do and instead of taking a minute to explain I was basically ignored. Sad to see because your want to feel comfortable at the place you bank. This may just make me leave Bank of America and take my business elsewhere.

      Teller, Danielle (female) on Saturday, April 2, 2022… no sense of etiquette or professionalism. Customer service goes a LONG WAY!!!!!! If I could give less than a star, I would.

      It’s not a BofA anymore. It’s Westside Bank now. Update the maps! I walked an hour just to see it’s not real. Another reason I’m leaving this bank permanently.

      I just want to say Thank you Ms. Evans for giving my family an excellent customer service experience. She went above and beyond. I had a 1:30 appointment to open up a couple of accounts for my kids, by the time I sat down with her she told me it takes 45 mins to open a account and that she has a 2:30 appt. So she can only open one today (7/19) in my mind I wasn't too happy about it and since I was already there, why not? But I dealt with it. I had brought my 3 kids but I just was going to start off with my twins since they were working. By the time she got half way through with one of my twins, she began to work on the other twin. I was definitely gonna come back for my youngest daughter because she wasn't working but I still wanted her to have a student account, so to top it off, she went and opened one for her as well, which she couldn't have one without me,so that's pretty much (4) accounts Ms. Evans opened. Thank you for moving expeditiously and being patient with us. You didn't have to but you did. You get five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

      HORRIBLE SERVICE. I made an appointment online from 12-1 at this branch to open a small business account (I had already applied online but it was required to complete/provide additional info at a branch). When I arrived the guy at front desk asked the reason for my visit, I let him know I had an appointment which he proceed to "look" for in his system. I waited over 15 minutes while he was "looking" for my appointment. I did tell him a few times that I had the confirmation email and number and asked if it would be helpful to find my appointment. He only glanced at my phone and didn't get the confirmation. After 10 minutes I told him to look for my appointment using the confirmation number, which he responded "I guess I can do that". When he finally found my appointment he walked to he bankers office (Brian Tobar), which he decided not to see me because he was heading out for lunch. I know he saw I had arrived and had been waiting while the guy in the front was obviously struggling to work the system and find my appointment. I asked if anyone else could assist me, which I was told that he could put me back in the system but it could be a really long time before anyone could assist. As he was saying this, Brian Tobar, "the banker" walked right passed me and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Lost an hour of my time that could have been used to open an account at a different institution. This is not the kind of service anyone deserves. Taking my business elsewhere and you should as well.

      Seriously considering switching banks. The Austell location is closing so this is my nearest location. Funny how where there’s more money they have better looking banks and drive up windows. Why don’t instead of managers just walking around they get to work and help the lines decrease! Your title means nothing if you don’t do nothing.

      Locking the doors before they are to close on Saturday when people come to the bank on Saturday because they can't make it there during the week.

      Terrible costumer service (older lady with short grey hair) that works inside window. She told me I had deposit some check already that I had just signed there! And made a deal about it. Another time she told me I could not cash and deposit. I have had may accessions where she is VERY rude. I have Gone to different Bank of America locations and never had a problem with the tellers and them cashing my checks

      Slow because they have one Teller and other employees sitting at desks. They don't know how to use their own Mobile App, Digital Wallet, or ATM services. Wow! We watched the video together and still couldn't explain it properly. Manager tried to tell me I was doing it wrong. Ok then! Don't understand it.
