Kevin Joun115+ people in line, and yet only 1 teller even though there seemed to be 5+ employees sitting at other computers. Wait times are ridiculous. Don't bother calling their phone. They will never answer. I was curious and called the phone while waiting in line at the bank. Didn't hear a phone ringing anywhere in the area. Probably muted or left in a room no one goes to.

top gamer1They stopped caring about retail customers. Wait time is usually 1hr standing in line with only one teller. They have about 5 to 6 bankers and a few more just sitting around. Time to switch bankers.

sj lee1I can see why Bank of America are rated so low. This is second Bank of America today I visited and both place had over 15 people waiting for one teller at busiest time of day. They had a dozen employees standing around talking to each other but one teller to help people. This must be a joke. Such big bank but one working.

Anthony Bush1This is quite ridiculous. There are 14 people in line for the teller. i’ve been here 25 minutes and was third in line. Somehow, there are seemingly more BofA employees than customers in the store, yet there is a single teller. Avoid this BofA at all costs.

Bill Bi1AMT cannot accept check deposit due to "technical issues", Andriod phone app never works for check deposit. A dozen of customers are waiting in the line for only on teller. What's the hell they think they would do good at customer banking business???

David Castle1Lol come on. This place is a joke. Don't go here, you will die of old age in line. This place is so bad it's actually bizarre. Can you even remember the last time you waited in line for an hour for something? If you can I'm sure it was something way better than just trying to make a deposit. Avoid this place at all costs.

Sefrah Arevalo1This is unacceptable. one teller is not enough to be open. the line is currently 8 deep and not a soul has done anything to check in or help. if you’re gonna require people to come inside for transaction, make sure you have enough staff.

Kelli Wessel1I so wish there were negative star reviews. This branch doesn't even deserve a 1 star. They are hands down the worst branch in the area and have been for some time. It doesn't matter what day of the week or time of day you go into this branch there is ONLY 1 teller window open and a line with no less than a dozen people in it. There are numerous employees in the lobby, and NONE of them bother to assist their customers or their fellow employees. During Covid and prior it has been beyond frustrating that drive thru windows were permanently closed (especially during Covid, closing this part of the bank made ZERO sense). I already have a bad taste in my mouth dealing with BOA, but dealing with this branch intensifies the bad taste to something putrid. This is by and large a factor on why I will NEVER bank with BOA on personal level.

Ashley Stokes1This location is horrible. I usually don’t go here for that reason, but, I’m lazy and it’s the closest location to my house. This last incident was for an appointment I made online for a mortgage consultation. I had my appointment confirmation pulled up on my phone, knowing there was a good chance it got fowled up. And it did. The person we were scheduled with (Jennifer Bowman) didn’t have our appointment on her calendar and couldn’t squeeze us in for anything more than a phone call that afternoon. We had plans for the time she was free but made ourselves available- only to have her skip out on sending paperwork or calling for the appointment she set up with us. This was very difficult for us to do in the first place with our schedules, and I don’t know when we’ll be able to make another appointment. But it won’t be at this branch.
Response from the ownerHi Ashley. We are disappointed to hear this and would like a chance to connect. Please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Aaron Holder1The help provided was useless and every single employee I talked to was condescending and wasn't willing to do anything without extra effort and energy required from me.
