  I don't understand why they only have 2 or 3 tellers. Hate going to this bank a 15 minute visit extends to 45 mins to an hour. Super long waits.

  HORRIFIC HORRIFIC HORRIFIC.....No more than 2 tellers every time I go here and the wait is anywhere from 20-35mins each time. They have a total of 16 windows but only 2 in use. THE WORST BANK EVER!!!!

  This place is very bad. Unprofessional staffs and the Manager Horacio is very rude. The line take forever. I will never go here if you want fast service with professional staffs. Customers should be important but to this place their breaks is more important.

  The worst customer service. Line of 15 people and 2 tellers at the windows. 6 people standing behind the tellers laughing and having a good time. Get the people in line out of there.

  I needed to open my buisnes account. I am so glad when I found this place. Customer service fast, polite and you can see they care about you. They explain everything very well. Thank you Claudia Cordova and Elizabeth Cruz.

  Waiting in line for over 10 minutes (in the business line none the less) is not my idea of service. I will be looking into moving my banking somewhere else.

  Always understaffed and long lines. Bofa is ignoring customer satisfaction and that's why lots of people leaving to other banks including me.

  Everytime i have been to this location the line is out the door and the tellers are extremely slow. Also they do not know what they are talking about they tell me one thing i call in speak with someone in corporate and they tell me something completely different
