  The staff at 7436 Douglas Blvd in Douglasville, GA has always been professional, friendly, & like family during the years of service that I've been with them. Whenever I needed them, they were there. Crystal & her staff are amazing!! That Taylor!! She's hilarious! She got me with my own joke one day. GREAT JOB, TAYLOR!! I LOVE YOU GUYS! Hopefully, we'll be able to do business again someday. Thanks for all of each of your help. Aaron Cole.

  Worst place ever. I have a loan with this company ok... I applied for extra cash a small amount for repairs. I got approved 10 days ago. I could not make it up there to the office so I had to apply again ok. This time I was denied, I asked why they said just because. What company agents talks like that. I didn't get a call back or nothing. I had to call 3 hours later to get an update, like what's the update.... I said in the beginning I do have a loan with these people and was approved for extra cash 10 days ago. Very unprofessional.

  I have been dealing with 1st Franklin in Hiram for many years. Vickie and her team are wonderful to work with. They all know my family and have watched my children grow. I plan to continue my business with them as long as I need to. Hopefully my family will too... Thanks yall.

  First time visiting First Franklin Financial and it was just so friendly there. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left Tiffany kept me laughing and had awesome conversation. And the other two lady’s even talked to me and laughed with me. Friendly environment and treated me like family. Most definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a loan. I was in and out and they even work with you that’s a plus.

  First Franklin in Douglasville is amazing! Ann, Taylor, Jessica.. all the girls are super nice and helpful! After more than one loan with them, I highly recommend! They make it easy to pay back without hefty fees and it taking forever! If you need a loan, go see them!

  I have nothing but great things to say about First Franklin. They are dependable when you really need them especially around the holidays.They never denied me. I'm thankful that they helped me and my family numerous of times.I strongly recommend this company. If you pay on time they will continue to support your financials.

  This is Robert Brooks: 1Franklin staff at the douglasville office is very professional . I have came in contact with almost everyone in the office for years , and you talk about great help. When no one else will help 1Franklin has always been there for me. May GOD BLESS them all. The manager is the best with her little angels.

  Thank you so much Tiffany for your amazing help and advice! I didn’t think I would be able to hear back about my loan approval until Monday, but thankfully this morning I got a call and the green light. I appreciate your explanation of the lending process and everything. I thought I would be stressed out all weekend, but this was a huge relief. I also want to thank you for pushing back the 1st payment so it’s easier for me to get through the end of the year. Bless you.

  I received a check in the mail from 1st financial at a time that I really needed it. All I had to do was deposit the check and then call the office. I was kinda hesitate at first however, my niece has borrowed money from you and told me it wasn’t a scam. I then called the office and instantly began speaking with Ann Pass. She provided me with excellent customer service I now consider her a friend. Thank you!
