  We came in today to update an address, and enroll into online banking. We were greeted and the rep was very nice. Then Michelle R. helped us. Very knowledgeable, professional, gave tips on what not to do when it came to using Zelle. Gave you a sense of peace and she genuinely wanted to assist. She is great and deserve a promotion or an increase in her pay. Congratulations BOA on having great employees. The manger came in a few times to give Miss Michelle over rides and she was so very courteous and professional. Also no long wait time time. Thank you again!

  I love this location. The staff is so nice and courteous. They check on you while you wait in line. I would like to see more tellers on busy times but I understand the lack of staff. I have banked here for many years. Thinking of even applying for a job.

  I recently went into the lobby and it was disappointing. Now I used to work at this location about 9 years ago and WOW has it gone downhill. Only 2 tellers? We are talking about Bank of America and only 2 tellers. The line was long and the atmosphere felt cold due to the eye contact given without saying hello from the employees. Wow and no drive thru lol come on BofA. I used to work with more than 10 employees at that location. If I could give no stars then I would. I am sooo glad I left this bank and found a bank that allows me to be a REAL relationship banker.

  By far one of the best San Antonio Locations. I personally don't go to any others because of how helpful and kind the staff is. Michelle especially, has always been so sweet and knowledgable. This location is ran extremely well and is very professional. Highly recommend

  Always professional, yes they are busy, but are very courteous and check on clients that are waiting in the lines. Also if clients need different services the associate will ask them to step inside and wait for next agent to help them with loans or other needed help.

  I have banked with this branch many years and I love the service. They have helped with my small business needs. I feel they actually care about me as a customer.

  This location needs to hire more tellers asap!!! Every single time I go there’s only 1 teller with the line til the door. I wait at least 30 mins every time it’s ridiculous then you don’t even feel welcome there. Poor service!!!
