  Would leave a zero if I could. Rude member behind the counter. There was no other person in the store and he wouldn't even offer to assist us. When we asked him if they could turn on the weed eater to show us it worked he said no that it turned in when they bought it(6 plus months ago) and that was good enough. when we asked about any warranty he said no it was as is with no guarantee. Ridiculous.

  All staff was reasonably helpful. Except for a foul mouth horrible older woman. With a Russian accent .Who was rude to me and her boss . This woman needs to be fired. ... She is so rude cursing and disrespectful to staff and customers alike . Its such a shame that at x-mas time people like this must be tolerated . I for one am making a complaint to corporate about my experience. And i urge anyone else to do the same. Unfortunately there are not negative points ...

  They don't even look up the value of things. If they know you need the nobey they think it is funny to low Ball you and laugh about it the two that run the place have no interest in the customers best interest especially returning costumers that attempt to give them as much business as possible.after two years of tryibg to work with this store I give up

  The lady was very rude. I went there to try to sale my bow and she cut me off right when i when i walked in the door and told me “ we are not interested in bow” funny she told me that she had a wall full of some. Im definitely never coming back there

  They turned me away on a loan on my bass guitar because of a cut out that was made for a splitter switch. Bass is worth more than any instrument they have in that store and in better shape for that matter. Rude rude rude staff.

  I would strongly advise against doing business with this particular pawn shop. I’ve been here a handful of times and the older woman who runs it is very rude and doesn’t really seem too interested in doing business. There are many other pawn shops in the area that are friendly and actually offer decent amounts for you items.

  I walked in and didnt get greeted which im not picky and those sort of things but i was the only person there. Never got asked if i needed help and the whole time i was being followed like if i was some sort of thief. Dont reccomend this place to anyone and its so small and are very limited with the stuff they have.

  Tries to rip u off on everything. I brought in PS3 (literally brand new with 3 games) on 4/10/15 and they offered me $85. That's over $300 worth of merchandise and they couldn't even give me 1/3 of that on a loan. Then they proceed to tell me they sell them for $135. I turn to the right to leave and see the same system in my hands in worse shape than mine for $195. Scam artist. Obviously surviving on the ignorant and/or desperate.

  Went next door to wingstop and decided to check this place out. Very nice guys, Joe was the one who helped me out, excellent customer service! Would definitely come back.

  Went in to look around and it was very dirty and waaaaayyy over priced. The staff seems to be bothered by customers coming in. Yea, I will not be returning.
