  They are very polite and helped me start off my credit when banks refused to. I have financed a vehicle and a couple of loans with them for a couple years now. I love that there are various of atms around town that you can withdraw money without being charged a fee.

  I had great time waiting in the drive through when it was turn Nancy on decker drive took great care of me. She did my transacción in a good speed I recommend my favorite location decker with Nancy

  I went in to apply for a credit card and Nancy was the first person that I spoke to. Not only is she friendly but she is also very knowledgeable on what card best accommodated me for daily use.

  Still to this day getting screwed by this credit union because of one of their workers mistakes! I transferred my balance out of my checking account (by phone) and had them close the account when I moved out of state. They kept trying to get me to open an account with a sister credit union in the new state I was in but I was not interested. Several months later I get a phone call notifying me that my checking account was overdrafted. They informed me there hadn't been any activity in the account in several months. I let them know that was because it was supposed to have been closed. It was a fraudulent charge and they had an account number and name on the account that was used. I filled out all the proper forms they asked me to fill out to dispute the charge. I was told they would get a hold of me if they needed any other info from me and never heard from them again. I got very busy. Figured it was an open and shut case. They had a name and account number that was not linked to me. Well I was wrong. It is still on my credit report to this day. After at least 50 phone calls and messages, I always got put on hold, transferred, or sent to voicemail. Never to get a returned call. This was their mistake not mine! I did everything I was asked and I am getting screwed. All I ever did was do business with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

  This particular branch has some of the friendliest tellers and most helpful financial advisors. Elizabeth Garza exceeded my expectations completely! After having a bad experience at the Alexander location she reassured me about my situation and helped me with such courtesy. As a young adult trying to establish credit it can be confusing and difficult but Elizabeth helped me a ton!

  I banked for YEARS at the "corporate" banks. Decided after another bank did me wrong to give CRCU a try. Been with them a few years now and I have NEVER had a issue they couldn't resolve quickly.

  At first i was very concern about getting a loan, but Nancy was very polite and answered all my questoins and left great advice.

  Every time I go to the branch located on Garth Rd. across the mall I experience the worst customer service. The have a way to make customers feel unwelcome and inferior, not friendly at all. I only go there when I really can't drive to the branch on Decker where they do offer a better customer service. Sadly to say the one on Garth lacks the capability and professionalism that characterizes Community Resource Credit Union.
