      This is the closest bank to my house. Very nice establishment on the inside. Clean. Staff very professional. Unfortunately they have 5 windows to service customers and literally only use 2 of them. It’s ALWAYS understaffed. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN HERE. You’d think whoever is running the bank would know to have more people at the windows so that customers wouldn’t have to wait 30-45 minutes in the line EVERY SINGLE TIME they come but they haven’t figured it out I guess. But if you have 30-45 minutes to spend at the bank then it’s an amazing place :) The photo shows how long the line will be when you walk in

      I regularly deposit cash here. It’s always understaffed. Depositing 10k-15k takes 8 mins TOPS. But somehow I still manage to spend 45 mins to an hour in the bank every single time. I tried using the ATM for a smaller amount but it errored out, didn’t return my cash, and didn’t apply the money to my balance. With all the insane fees, I would expect much better service.

      I am closing on a new home later this week and I needed to send a wire to the closing attorney for my down payment and other fees. I was immediately greeted by the Branch Manager, Tammy, who asked me how she could help me. I told her I needed a wire for a house closing. She immediately congratulated me on the purchase and apologized that there would be a wait of about 45 minutes. I told her that I had made an appointment online and I was immediately lined up to see a banker about my wire. After a short wait, I was greeted by Stephanie Bateman who then handled my wire in no time! Stephanie’s customer service skills were superb-she also congratulated me on the purchase of my home and even used my wife’s name in the conversation. I was done before I even knew it! As we were waiting for the Managers approval on the wire, Stephanie even suggested several other products that I was not taking advantage of. This was more of a “how can I help you?” conversation then any type of a “sales presentation”. I upgraded my savings account! Stephanie, and Tammy, made we feel welcome and valued. I will go out of my way to visit this branch in the future. The secret that everyone forgets is this: Make an appointment and your experience will be great! Special message to Bank of America management: why are you making your valued staff use a computer monitor with a screen size that is not much bigger than a Post-It note? Use dual monitors with bigger screens and your team will be more efficient!

      Zero customer service. Was given VP’s phone number and email address and told to call about my long running issue with collection of my missing safe deposit box. Even though my box has FINALLY ...after 7 years ... been tracked, found and received by this bank branch, signed by a “Osborne,” none of my calls to schedule a time to drive into Atlanta (2 hours away) to collect my box contents are answered nor are my emails. After two weeks from receiving the UPS tracking notice that the box had indeed arrived but with no way to speak to any human being at this branch, I decided to make the trip ... only to find that this branch is “temporarily “ closed. My next letter will be to Clark Howard. P S. I was not the only one standing bemused in the rain today outside the bank at 10 am. Three others in the line had actually received notice that they had appointments. The doors were closed, locked and dark. This is NO WAY to operate a business!

      Went it to discuss a car loan of this bank which I am a preferred member of. Was asked if I had an appt I said no. He said have a seat and we will see when we can fit u in. There were 4 loan officers I saw in there offices doing nothing and not a soul in the bank. Thanks anyway I will go to competitive bank

      I come into this Bank on a weekly basis and the customer service is hit-or-miss. This is not good as customer service should always be consistent and exceed the customer's expectations. Depending upon who you deal with you can get anything from a pleasant, good experience to an unpleasant bad experience. This is caused by the bad attitude of the bank employee. I don't know if management reads these reviews but this location that's pretty awful reviews and they should consider reviewing employees attitudes and get rid of anyone that is less than great or at the very least retrain them. I had a teller tell me one time that something couldn't be done and I insisted that it could only to call her manager over to find out that she was wrong and it could be done. No apology or nothing. Just even worse attitude now that she realized she was wrong and made to look like a fool.

      Terrible customer service. Understaffed. Don't waste your time. Could not even get temp card during my hour lunch. Said I have to set a appointment. Now I have no means to get funds our of my account becaise of fraud they couldn't protect me from. Nor do they make it convenient to get replacement card. Score of 0 stars. I recommend company wide EMPATHY trading. If either rep I spoke to had any ,I would feel totally different.

      I am an attorney who had to complete a BoA closing on a Saturday. The BoA we were directed to close at was closed so I had to find a new one. This BoA accommodated me at the last second and the younger black gentleman was very nice and friendly. This is a great location.
