  All staff are professional and very courteous. Have been banking at this branch for 7 years. Same staff. All are trying their best through Covid times.

  Poor service, staff standing around & customers waiting. Eventually, Loles tried to do simple transaction, she bungled 3 times. Supervisor came over. Loles flung my money on counter, no apology.
