      Closing all my accounts I've had forever. The customer service has completely disappeared! They literally keep banker's hours 9 to 4 p.m. I'm sitting here watching tons of customers yanking on the door and being turned away by this bank and when do you do get in and need help i.e. reporting a stolen card they just tell you to use your app or call in. Using my temp app card I picked up some 20s and wanted some clean nice large bills for gifts, then their computers were down so they couldn't help me and all the other branches would be closed before I arrived. Couldn't even open the till for a pure swap? So much for premier status! I went across the street to another bank open until 5 and they helped without a single question. On top of that paid off my RV loan but they don't have the ability to offer a new one. They leave me no alternative. Goodbye!! In response they ask you to reach out again through Twitter and Facebook to boost their social media hits with more negative feedback which is the worst customer service fubar anyone ever thought of...

      I spoke to two different representatives that told me I was aloud to use my matricula ID, and a birth certificate or a utility bill as a secondary form of ID. It is even listed on the website. Today I went in to make a banking account and was told that information was invalid. I was turned away. I am highly unhappy with the miscommunication from two different people and the website. I am currently in the application process of DACA as well which is another reason why I am unable to obtain the “proper ID” this woman claimed I needed. She wasn’t helpful at all just said that I was misinformed, by 2 people and your website? Lol

      For the second time this bank has refused to help me saying I have to call this number or that number the atm while trying to deposit cks retrieved my debit card and wouldn’t give it back. Inside the said I had to call a 1 800 number no depositing my checks either. The other time they did nothing for me was back in January over a scammer they did absolutely 0 for me then. So why are we paying fees. Now they have all my money and I can’t get any of it till I have a card. Beware this branch on prater and mccaren is useless ima take my money out as soon as possible Don’t bank with this branch. There just taking your money for 0 services

      They provided me a temp debit card associated to a closed account. Incompetent as can be. If it wasn't for some customer service rep(s) via the phone I would be switching banks. They should all be fired, improperly trained. A second visit a week later was a worst experience when the Branch Manager said she had no "Bankers" available to assist with the same debit card issue. Like if she was JP Morgan herself.. Bankers...

      It's okay if you're not in a hurry! Usually long lines and minimal bank tellers. I bumped up Bank of America review. The last few times they have had more tellers and smaller lines. Making things so much easier. Edit, not a good place to go unless you have a lot of time. To many people not enough employees to get in and out. This is in a Friday! Late afternoon!

      Worse bank location ever! ATMs are always down with no indication until you get to the ATM wasting time having to find another. This is Constant with this location since I moved here two years ago

      If you are opening an account the are great that day.. Went in last month to get a check and a registery. They said they don't print checks and they no longer give out check registeries, I would have to buy them from an office supplies store. When you call to talk with someone higher up out of this branch the automated message says there is at least a 45 minute wait to be connected. It doesn't matter what time or what day I've called. Closing my account today and going with US Bank where they gave me unlimited checks the first 30 days and a check registery FREE.
