  Been standing here for 15 minutes and still haven't had help. I'm glad I don't actually bank here and I never will. They obviously don't care about anybodies time. They are here all day, so why would it matter to them

  When are you going to open on Saturday and sundays? The pandemic is over and many are already vaccinated. Also everytime I go there you want to sell me on something and the workers talk too long with the customers when there is a long line.

  Avoid this bank at all costs. I had an old check from an employer that I wanted to cash. Issued by Nevada state bank, and they charge $8.00 to cash their own check. That makes no sense. Plus standing in line for 20 minutes didn't help. Employees walking by left and right, not even acknowledging customers in line.

  I really love Nevada State Bank. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The only problem I have is that at least half of the times that I go to deposit cash at the 24 hour ATMs at this location, they are broken. That is very frustrating.
